Dawn - those calories sound perfect to me with the amount of exercise you are doing.
As long as you are continuing to lose, then you're good. .5 - 2lbs a week is a good number to lose. If I remember correctly you are close to goal, so it will be slower anyway. you want to make sure you eat enough.
I also remember you eat a lot of sushi, I would check on that, just to see, because that would change a day. It's not bad to have a high day now and again, it keeps the metabolism guessing.
