Ruth's Chris is definitely very good...but very expensive. It's the kind of thing we can only do like once every 8 months, lol.
Yesterday night I didn't do tooo badly with the chicken cutlets - i had one & a half with a small portion of chicken rice and mac & cheese...ok, so maybe I didn't do that great!
Last night I went and tried on dresses for my Sept "wedding" (we're going to the courthouse and then running away on a cruise) and I found one that I really liked, so that was good news! Go Dillards for inexpensive nice dresses, yeah!!
This morning it was back in the gym again, I did 2 miles in 26 minutes! I sort of inadvertently cheated, though - I started to run and I made it about a lap and a half before I realized that I had forgotten to set my incline up...I notched it up to 3.5 right away, but I still feel bad, like I cheated!! Oh well. My next goal will be to do my 2 miles in 26 minutes with the incline on 3.5 the whole time.
Tomorrow I think we are going to play tennis. I'm not sure if i'll go to the gym also or not.
Breakfast was a bowl of fiber one with a banana, lunch is fresh cherries, an apple, a fiber one bar and a lean pocket (i haven't been able to break the lean pocket habit yet!!).
Dinner will hopefully be something good and low cal!
