Thanks Ankebuzz,I just made this list for myself... I've been binging at night too... so this is my plan of action, each time I feel the urge I will pick something from this list to do.
- get in bed and read
- watch a movie or series on tv
- have a hot shower
- brush my teeth
- have tea/decaf coffee
- go stand and look at my vision board in the study to remind me where I'm going.
- belly dancing moves
- stretch
- skip/exercise in general
- draw
- write in my journal
- work on some stuff from work at home
- clean house

I actually have decided to keep myself busy by being on the puter lmao
and replying to all you wonderful people
These ideas are a good idea and are all in my book "conquering your food addiction" by this person named Mary something ..
I have not been reading the book, but plan to pick it up at my mom's house soon ...
