I just made this list for myself... I've been binging at night too... so this is my plan of action, each time I feel the urge I will pick something from this list to do.

- get in bed and read
- watch a movie or series on tv
- have a hot shower
- brush my teeth
- have tea/decaf coffee
- go stand and look at my vision board in the study to remind me where I'm going.
- belly dancing moves
- stretch
- skip/exercise in general
- draw
- write in my journal
- work on some stuff from work at home
- clean house

The food thing at night is driving me mad lol Spent tonight eating three bananas and one hot cocoa mix, which had three shots of cocoa... and I thought they were for cups, but I guess they were for bigger containers. Well I will be staying away from the cocoa for a while!!!!!!!! lmao

I hear ya. It's normal to be all blah cuz you're a few lbs up BUT you still have time to your wedding. You STILL have 30 lbs to lose. You STILL have the TIME and the COMMITMENT- so you can STILL get on board and win this battle of sorts.

Also, I completely agree with Akebuzz. In fact, I was just thinking to myself today, one of the best things you can do is keep yourself busy and that would keep you away from the food and the cravings.

Maybe you can think of some things that will keep you away from midnight eating? Can you call Derek at that time or would it be too late?

Don't lose faith NatJo, and I'm proud of you for coming on here and telling us rather than letting it eat you up inside. Everyone experiences ups and downs, we all just need to remember to get back on track!

I completely agree. I have actually been staying with Derek this whole time, for the past three months. Thats how we know we can live with each other. I have only been home a few times. Can count how many times on one of my hands!!!!!!! lmao...

He loves me lol
He loves my company, as depressed and snappy I can be once in a while lol
I love him lol

anyway you are right...
and I love your quote. Every time I see it, it reminds me that this is something I really need and I have the freedom of choice as far as food and exercise and wanting to lose weight.

My body craves the food, but I hope to stop that craving ...

Finally doing it!!

Well everyone,
after a long standing battle with myself, I have decided its high time I walked like the crazy person I was during fall and winter and make this a good year, or good season lol fall and winter. I lose thirty pounds last winter. Nine pounds between January and February, during the Valentines Day Challenge and I plan to do the same!!!

I can't give up and I pretty much did, but no more!!

I plan to be down to a size 20 by next fall. That is the plan.

Hello Annie, Hello everyone!1

Well I have not been near a puter, thus no way into which to write in my journal or any 0ther ones, but I am back...

been visiting my mom.

Next Tuesday is my birthday and I am off by seven pounds of my goal weight for the Birthday challenge, not bad!

I will sign up for the Birthday challenge once again on Wed, or there abouts.

Next Tuesday is the big 31... lol

I am down to 269.6....

which I am really happy about. Have not been eating at night. Derek kind of kicked that habit lol ... its a funny story... I was getting up to go eat...and he said in a very authoritative voice "You are not going to eat."

He was so serious and he reminded me of my goals and what I want to do with myself, my body. The changes I want to make. He is very supportive and a beautiful man.

The ceremony is being held May 31st, 2009... my goal is 240-250 pounds. I think I can do it. Its about 20 to 30 pounds. Just hoping I can do it.

So we are not getting married, because we might lose our SSI and SSDI...
I have many problems, as well as him. And we are on special needs programs. Ii do a lot of reading, walking, etc. I keep myself busy, but I am rather fragile, especially at this time. Dont know whether the rag is starting or I am just depressed, but nothing makes me smile. Its a very odd time right now.

So we are buying rings and everything...but we are have a ceremony. He is already calling me Mrs. Nobbs lol .... and I am saying, "I love you Mr. Nobbs" lol

I am going to add a middle name to Nobbs...

so I will be
Natalie Jo Nobbs Beinhorn..
we are very serious!
I love him so much!!

He has his faults, as well as I do, but we accept each other and are there for each other...
makes loving fun!!

We bought the rings and are wearing them. He now calls me Mrs. Nobbs. I am going to possibly change my name to Natalie Jo Nobbs Beinhorn. I want to keep my jewish name. U know. My sisters and I are one of the only group to continue the family name. If we don't have children, the name will die out, completely from the USA. We are the only Beinhorn's in the whole USA.. its odd. Beinhorn's are fading fast, there are like only four in Europe... wierd huh and some are decendents of the Natzis. But I know the ones in Iisreal are my family. I have like twenty two second cousins in Isreal...

Yea he and I had a fight, but we went out to eat and talked. Communication is important in any marriage or relationship. I have learned that over the past five to six months. We are having out ceremonial day on May 31st... but we are already wearing out rings lol

I weighed in today at 269.2

not bad. One pound higher than yesterday, but looking forward to this Friday. I am skipping dessert tonight!!!!!!!!!!! lol my mom is taki9ng me out to dinner tonight. Derek is at Karate lol

My enthusiam is higher than it has been in the past. Having a hard time cutting out the sweets, big time!!!!!!!!! however, I have not been eating at night at all..so not much of a trade off..well yes it is... its hard not to eat at night. as you know ...

but I am beating it for now... lol I have to eat supper late... and my fiance gives me one piece of chocolate per night. I told him to hide it and its one place I don't know about ... so far so good .. I have tried to look for it ..lol bad me!!!!!!! but I can't find it and now have given up. Looking for it is a pain in the arse lol

No Ice Cream Season! Whoot whoot!!

Hello everyone!!
tis' the season for no ice cream. But it is the season for cocoa and hot tea. I have a cup of cocoa a day and I haven't had any tea, but now that I think about it, it would be nice. Been in tears today!1

I have been crying to love songs, especially Van Morrison songs. "Have I told you that I love you..." I think thats our song. We are going to set up a dance stage at the best man's place. Renting portopotties, which I didn't think was possible. forty or more people coming... ugh ... lol

I love this, but this is stressful let me tell you...and I am trying to find ways to destress. Katie, my soon to be sister in law is going to help me plan the wedding. She went the way of making her own stuff with this company that helps you do just that. She wants to get me to write my list of guests and prepare myself for the whirlwind of preparing a ceremony as sush ..u know ...

btw.. going walking with him today, but I am sick as a puppy ... I hate it ... of course I would be sick when I am trying to lose weight and back on the bandwagon, but I grabbed this fitness mag in a office...and it has all these moves, like crunches against the wall, etc. I plan to kick that into gear. Tried a wedding dress on, I looked pregnant lol

no!!!!!!!!!!!!!! the worse thing to happen. So I bought some dress pants and a bridal shirt with a nice braw with a thin strap... I looked wowser... Derek def approved lmao and I don't look pregnant ..must be a good thing when your fiiance goes

Hello everyone!
I seem to be gaining weight from wedding stress. I am just stuffing my face!!!!!!! I don't get it. A big achievement last night, didn't eat anything, but woke up at nine am to eat breakfast because there was so much acid kicked up. Seems as if eating! all! the time!! isn't working out. I just keep stuffing my face, and I don't know how to stop. Not visiting Friendlies all the time, because well its too cold. I want to lose twenty to thirty pounds on my "Very own birthday challenge". I want to be thirty pounds less, at 240 pounds by October seventh of next year. I have no clue how many pounds that is a week, but I need to start getting in gear, so I have been dancing all day. Took out some cds from the library and have been grooving to them. Like John Mayor, Van Morrison, Green Day!, yes nothing like some Green Day!! lol

well my eating sucks. So need to keep a journal off whats going in to the tummy or mouth...

But seriously, the food diary is a good start... And maybe you need to get your goal clearer in your head... even put it on paper and keep it somewhere where it can continue to feed your drive to reach. REFUSE to lose motivation, KEEP working at it, no matter how bad it goes, and it's inevitable you will reach your goal!!
