I always split my CB's and fruit up throughout the day so I was eating every 2.5 hours - it helped me =o)
The cottage cheese and salad sounds yummy!! How was it? What did you end up doing with your chicken?
Take it easy with the gym, don't overdo it! Light exercise should be fine though - just make sure if you start feeling light headed you stop! Keep up the water etc
