Feeling ill today
I am thinking it may be related to eating more fiber than i am used to as i have greatly increased my vegetable and fruit intake. Then again it may be completely unrelated. Hoping to feel better soon as i wanted to go to the gym tonight.
One other thing in the back of my mind is that i am somewhat certain there was some mouldy flakes in my museli cereal this morning :S I just never think of cereal getting mouldy but it is possible of course. Yuck. I'll have to ask someone else to see if they agree with me.
Food so far today:
Breakfast-
1 cup Museli Cereal – 200 cal 2 grain
1 cup 1 % milk- 110 cal 1 Milk
Banana- 105 calories 1 F/V
Total: 415
Lunch-
1 whole wheat bagel- 140 calories 2 grain
2 tbsp low fat salmon cream cheese- 80 calories
Strawberries- 105 grams 34 calories 1 fruit
Grapes- 195 grams 134 calories 2 fruit
Total: 388
Snack-
2 cups 1% milk – 220 cal 2 milk
1 activia yogurt cup- 100 cal 0.5 milk
Total: 320 cal
Grand total so far: 1123
