Oh and yesterday I did steal Carrie's routine and did it......sort of (I gave it my best shot).
Yesterdays exercise:
- WOW warm up and cardio
- 100 jumping jacks
- 90 crunches
- 80 squats
- 20 leg lifts (ahhh fail, was supposed to be 70, I couldn't do em. They were too hard!)
- 60 jumping jacks
- 50 crunches
- 40 squats
- 20 jumping jacks
- 50 push ups

back to where I was on the 18th May before I screwed up.....it's taken me almost a month to fix it! Ooooo that means, that the next time the scales go down, i'll be at my lowest weight ever in this healthy eating malark. EXCITING!!!!!!!!!
