My journey to good health....and a hot bod ;)

Oh and yesterday I did steal Carrie's routine and did it......sort of (I gave it my best shot).

Yesterdays exercise:

- WOW warm up and cardio
- 100 jumping jacks
- 90 crunches
- 80 squats
- 20 leg lifts (ahhh fail, was supposed to be 70, I couldn't do em. They were too hard!)
- 60 jumping jacks
- 50 crunches
- 40 squats
- 20 jumping jacks
- 50 push ups

Without the support of my knees, i can do UHM maybe...5 pushups?:rofl:
 
^ Yeah, I did 3 sets of 12 the other day (on my knees, and I didn't get down very far because I suck) and I was stoked.
 
Right.. i could definitely not do 50 push ups.
I find the leg lifts the easiest. Maybe im doing them wrong :/
 
Hey buddy! I'm still around, I just don't post as much. Sometimes i'm so committed to documenting everything on here but I also write it in a notebook so sometimes I do slack off. I know I haven't been posting much lately but things are good. I'm at 152 at the moment, hoping to be 151 tomorrow so all the weight put on is almost off. Things are good at the moment :D

I don't know whats up with my weight this week. Its just dropping, dropping, dropping. I know thats a good thing but i'm starting to think my scales are broke, haha! I keep jumping on them a few times to make sure that they are giving me the same answer and they are. Here is the results my last few weigh ins:

Fri: 11st 1lb
Sat: 10st 13.8lb
Sun: 10st 12.4lb
Mon: 10st 11.2lb

I'm not by any means complaining but normally my body doesn't let me drop that much that quickly! Maybe i've had a big build up of water or something.

:hurray: back to where I was on the 18th May before I screwed up.....it's taken me almost a month to fix it! Ooooo that means, that the next time the scales go down, i'll be at my lowest weight ever in this healthy eating malark. EXCITING!!!!!!!!!
 
Are you eating particularly well? So jealous. You're doing incredibly.
 
Thanks very much ladies! I am indeed eating well, i'm eating my usual calories, doing my usual exercise. I have even cheated on some days, the other day I had toast largely covered in butter, and I tend to eat 12 biscuits a day (which I need to stop doing!).

Hi, just read the last 5 pages of your diary, glad to see you are back on the bandwagon, and woop woop, soon you will be your lowest diet weight ever! You can really see the difference in your pics, keep up the good work. And stop eating them biscuits every day haha.

I am so glad I don't own scales, I couldn't help but weigh myself every day, and i don't envy your rollercoaster when the scales go up for no apparant reason. Maybe you could give the scales to a mate who you see once or twice a week if you want to stop weighing every day. That said, I can't believe you lost 4lbs in 4 days :)

My bmi is similar to yours so I'll be having a regular nose on your diary :D
 
You eat biscuits and butter on your toast and can lose weight. I WANT YOUR BODY.
 
Well done you are doing great!!! I am really pleased for you that you are in the 10's ... I broke that barrier on Saturday and I am now 10 st 13lb - although there is no way I will have lost more than a 1lb by the end of the week. So you managing to get down to 10.11 is very impressive.... I bow down to you :coolgleamA:

2 ww biscuits

Tea
2 scrambled eggs with baked beans

Snacks
A cup of tea with 8 biscuits (23 cals each)
