I really shouldn't have weighed myself today, its habit. But meh, another lb down, so 1 more to go and i'll of got that weight off that i'd put back on :)

My butt is killing me today. I dunno why, i've done the same amount of squats as usual!

Well today i've bought some Cocoa Butter Formula in the hope of reducing the appearance of stretch marks on my arm. I didn't realise there was a separate one for stretch marks though and I got the general moisturiser but nevermind! They supposedly do the same job. I'm not expecting a miracle cure but if it could improve the appearance/stop more sprouting up on my right arm then that would be awesome!

Breakfast
2 weetabix with semi skimmed milk

Lunch
Baked potato with baked beans
Yogurt

Tea
Tuna with lettuce, cucumber, snack a jacks and ww muffin

Snacks
Ww muffin

No exercise been done tonight. I start the warm up and thought "sod it", I couldn't concentrate because I wanted to watch Titanic. Ha! So i'll do it tomorrow instead.
 
PROGRESS POST :hurray:

Well, I know these changes aren't drastic but i'm proud of them none the less and I personally can see a difference! The first images were taken in february and the second today! :)





I can defo see a difference :)
 
Goals
1st Goal : 150lb (this is what I was Feb/Mar last year)
2nd Goal : 134lb (I think this is where i'd be classed as a normal weight)
3rd Goal : 127lb 9 stone, my ultimate goal!

Halfway to my ultimate goal :hurray:

- 100 squats
- 60 push ups
- 50 or 60 crunches (I lost count :rofl:)

Thanks very much ladies! I feel like I haven't made much progress lately, everytime I lose the weight I seem to pile it back on. But those pictures have made me feel better :D

Stacey! THAT's A HUGE change!!! All that bloat is gone! you look like you're ready just to tone!!

Keep it up and good luck reaching your goals! Being in the 120s is a goal for myself as well!
 
Thank you m'dear! :) And we will both totally get there eventually! What a jolly day that will be too, kind of defeats the point of losing weight, but when that glorious day arrives i'm pigging out! Bigstyle, ha!
