Monday 13th June

Todays weigh in: 10st 11.2lb

I don't know whats up with my weight this week. Its just dropping, dropping, dropping. I know thats a good thing but i'm starting to think my scales are broke, haha! I keep jumping on them a few times to make sure that they are giving me the same answer and they are. Here is the results my last few weigh ins:

Fri: 11st 1lb
Sat: 10st 13.8lb
Sun: 10st 12.4lb
Mon: 10st 11.2lb

I'm not by any means complaining but normally my body doesn't let me drop that much that quickly! Maybe i've had a big build up of water or something.

:dance: back to where I was on the 18th May before I screwed up.....it's taken me almost a month to fix it! Ooooo that means, that the next time the scales go down, i'll be at my lowest weight ever in this weight loss journey. EXCITING!!!!!!!!!

Todays weigh in: 10st 10.8lb..... so 150lb! (I always round down, always have, and it'll stay that way until it goes down to the next number down). So that means that i've finally reached my first goal :happydance:

2 yogurts (mini kids ones)

Haha I know, but i'm so broody! I have been for a few years now.....and I will continue to be so for a good few years yet. I just like being on there with all the other waiting to try ladies and stuff. Hehe. I got 2 psychic predictions from well known psychics on there, they said i'd fall pregnant with my first in 2013 if I choose to try, if not, then it'll be in 2015. Whether or not it comes true is a different story mine!

So I'm reading through your journal and on page 7, day 37, you mention how 150lbs is a goal weight. AND YOU MADE IT. Ugh. so proud/envious.

My god that was ages ago! I can't believe I hit 11st 8lb in february, its taken me ages to make some real progress. Shameful! If I had of stayed on form i'd probably have been in the 9 stones by now, nevermind!

You will reach your goals too buddy, just have faith, it's totally worth it when you do. My new goal is 10st by 22nd August. I'm going away to Blackpool and Liverpool on the 23rd for a shopping trip for my birthday so hoping to buy a ton of new clothes, just in time for the winter stock coming in too. Wooo!

I've been trying on some of my old clothes today. I've got 3 pairs of pants which I bought 2 years ago when dieting but I sadly never fitted into them. Well today I found that I can fit into them. They're tight and its a struggle to fasten the buttons, but i'm into them! So now i'm aiming on loosening them up. I reckon they'll fit perfect with a 10lb loss (I hope anyway!).

Thursday 16th June

Oooo I think my scales may show me good news tomorrow. I just weighed myself and i'm only .8 more than what I was at this mornings weigh in. Usually i'm around 2lb heavier in the evening. Fingers crossed!
