Todays weigh in: 10st 11.2lb
I don't know whats up with my weight this week. Its just dropping, dropping, dropping. I know thats a good thing but i'm starting to think my scales are broke, haha! I keep jumping on them a few times to make sure that they are giving me the same answer and they are. Here is the results my last few weigh ins:
Fri: 11st 1lb
Sat: 10st 13.8lb
Sun: 10st 12.4lb
Mon: 10st 11.2lb
I'm not by any means complaining but normally my body doesn't let me drop that much that quickly! Maybe i've had a big build up of water or something.
:dance: back to where I was on the 18th May before I screwed up.....it's taken me almost a month to fix it! Ooooo that means, that the next time the scales go down, i'll be at my lowest weight ever in this weight loss journey. EXCITING!!!!!!!!!

Packet of snack a jacks
2 ww biscuits
A yogurt
Tea
2 scrambled eggs with baked beans
Snacks
Cup of tea with 8 biscuits
