My journey to good health....and a hot bod ;)

Well today has been a good one :) I've had.....

Bowl of cornflakes with semi skimmed milk
2 chicken sandwiches (4 slices of bread) (weight watchers bread) with a yogurt
2 packets of weight watchers biscuit though by the end of the night this will probably be 3.
2 scrambled eggs

I think I may be doing exercise tonight also :)

Good job on the exercise! The food that you ate last weekend sounds soo good though lol You came back and are getting back on track so it shouldn't stick around for long. Have a good day :)

I usually do eat vegetables and fruit actually. But I couldn't be bothered to go to Asda this week, ha! So i'm making do with what the local convenience store has to offer!......Next week though there is no avoiding Asda!

Wellllll the good news is, all that weight is gone from the weekend, i'm now once again 11st 8.2lb. The bad news is, i'm back to the point which seems impossible to get over! I feel a stressful week coming up! I'm beginning to think it really is mission impossible......:rotflmao:
 
If you only keep on eating below your calorie requirements the weight will come off sooner or later. Keep it up!

A successful day I reckon. Think I may do my exercise tonight too. It is quite late. Normally I won't do it, if it's after 8, currently it's almost 9pm, but I had a late tea so had to give it time to calm down. Bleurrrrgh. My legs are KILLING me from yesterdays workout. But I suppose if it has to be done it has to be done.

Come on scales. Please please please go down for me within the next couple of days. You've no idea how happy and surprised i'll be when they eventually go past 11st 8lb! I'd even consider 11st 7.9lb a victory. Haha!

EDIT: Exercise done.

You have no idea how much i'm praying for a miracle tomorrow. Even if the scales only go down by .3 of a lb. I'd be happy with that break through. Please please please!!!

Thanks guys!

The workout I do is an exercise dvd. Vicky Entwhistle (Coronation Streets Janice) the WOW (Weight off workout). I fully trust it because back in 2006 (I think) that lost me around a stone. Soooo it's pretty good.

The past two days though, instead of doing what the dvd says for toning up. I've ditched that section and creating my own. I've stepped it up a notch to get through that plateau.....and my god am I feeling it. Haha. My muscles are ACHING!

Instead of doing around 20 crunches, 20 squats, 15 lunges, 15 press ups (thats a rough guess on how many the dvd gets you to do). I've cranked it up to 50 crunches, 50-70 squats, 50 press ups (lady ones) and 50 lunges. Sooo hopefully as my body starts changing i'll be able to crank it up some more........

It's definitely helped me get a breakthrough. The scales were VERY kind to me this morning. And i've lost a lb. So here I am at 161lb, finally got past that 8lb, which i've been stuck at for around 4 weeks I think. So today i'm very very happy! It's nice to see my hardwork (and agony :rofl:) finally paying off. Lets hope it continues to drop off now! :hurray:

Food wise i've had......

2 bananas
A large snack a jack
A packet of weight watchers biscuits
Annnnnd a cup of tea :)

Haven't really eaten much today but I didn't have time to get my dinner until around 3ish so really wasn't hungry by tea time.

A successful day though! :hurray:
 
Oooh, I thought I was the only person who gets stuck at a certain weight then just can't seem to go down any further.

Fantastic work Stacey!! Glad to see you're doing so well and that you've passed that dreaded period where you just can't shift the weight!

You look like you have so much routine to your eating - that's probably a very good idea I'm gonna give it a go!!

I would definitely recommend getting into a routine Sarah - but make sure you have various options within that. Don't want to be getting bored. But I personally prefer being in a routine, find it easier to stick with and when I go to Asda there is no temptation to buy things I shouldn't because 'it's not on the list' :)

Welll today my scales told me I was another lb down. But I had a bit of trouble with them. They kept going up and down, so I took all my clothes off and they settled on a number. I must of jumped on and off about 20 times trying to make sure the scales were sure. Ha, stupid scales! Good weigh day again though. I'm now at 160lb. Just 1 more lb and i'll be in the 150s!
