Well today has been a good one
I've had.....
Bowl of cornflakes with semi skimmed milk
2 chicken sandwiches (4 slices of bread) (weight watchers bread) with a yogurt
2 packets of weight watchers biscuit though by the end of the night this will probably be 3.
2 scrambled eggs
I think I may be doing exercise tonight also
