Now morning is here, i'm so chuffed with myself for resisting. Despite getting a McDonalds for lunch yesterday, I have lost another few points of a lb. So that obviously done no harm. YAY!

I'm curious Jill, when it's morning here, what time is it there?

Day 52

Today has been a good day I reckon.....still no exercise tonight though I reckon.......still got work to do :nopity: .....i'll start exercising again as soon as i'm free on an evening, but as the weight is still coming off without, i'm not concerned! :)

Today i've had......

5 slices of chicken with lettuce and cucumber and a banana.
A bottle of orange juice.
A yogurt.
And a portion of chicken with broccoli, carrots and gravy.

Another successful day :hurray:

Sun 27th - 11st 9lb.4
Mon 28th - 11st 8lb.6

Day 53

Another successful day today - again no exercise due to uni work. But as the weight is continuing to fall off I don't see this as a problem. I'll probably start on the exercise on monday as i'm going back to Newcastle this weekend for a few days.

Breakfast: Bowl of cornflakes with semi skimmed milk.
Lunch: 5 slices of chicken with cucumber, lettuce and a yogurt.
Tea: Bowl of cornflakes with semi skimmed milk.
Snacks: A packet of weight watchers biscuits (2 in a pack).

Another good day! :hurray:
 
I have posted a couple of pictures before, but I deleted them due to a moment of insecurity. I will post progress pics when I think there is a noticeable difference. Maybe when I hit 140! :)

It's difficult to say what clothes size I wear to be honest........

My leggings and vest tops are a size 12.
Hoodies are large.
Pjs are a size 12.
But then I have other clothes where i've bought a 14 or a 16. So I can't really say.

I have some clothes which are a size 12 and fit perfectly. Some are too small. I'd say on average a size 12-14 probably nearer a 14 i'd imagine. I was 14/16 when I first started this healthy eating malarky :)

I'm aiming to be a size 10/12. Though i'm not sure what size I can expect to be at 9 stone.

Awww, I'm sorry to hear that you deleted the pictures!! You should be proud of yourself and your body! You're working hard to reach your goal, and should be proud of the progress! From here on out, start thinking about what a sexy gal you are! You're young, cute, "workin' on your fitness", which means - "your oh so delicious"! (God love Fergie!!! LOL)...

I'm still trying to accept my body, and be proud of what I have! It's a hard thing to do, and will take time! But you look great stacey! And you should be so proud of yourself for working this hard :) (And not having pizza!! hehe)

Today has been quite a successful one. I didn't actually get up until 1:30pm (I went to bed at 6:00am) so I don't think i've eaten much to be honest.

1 packet of weight watchers biscuits.
5 slices of chicken with carrots, broccoli and gravy. Also a yogurt.
A banana.
And a cup of tea.

No exercise tonight because i'm finishing work off. I can't wait until I can get back in the swing of things regarding exercise! Will defo be next week because I have no immediate deadlines after tomorrow :hurray:

EDIT: Argh I slipped a bit. Had some quavers and a chocolate bar. Grrr! I reckon the scales will be going up tomorrow.

Hey!! You're doing great! We all even off at times! But don't worry, if you keep up the great stuff you're doing, you'll notice a change when you step on that scale one day! It'll be a drop!!

I know what you're going through, for the last week I've been hovering around the same weight! But when i got on the scale today- I was down a pound! So don't you worry! You keep up the great diet and exercise and you'll have a day when you get on there and it drops :)

Thanks guys! Well i've slipped up even further - I always do when i'm at home. Back on it tomorrow, so i'm not too worried.

Yesterday I had....

A bowl of cornflakes with semi skimmed milk
A packet of weight watchers biscuits
A McDonalds - Large mc chicken sandwich with fries and strawberry milkshake
A bottle of coke
A pizza when I came home (though not a take away one, so haven't broken any rules yet).

Today i've had.....
4 slices of toast covered in butter
A packet of snack a jacks
2 glasses of milk
2 Oreo biscuits

.............*sigh* all healthy eating goes out the window as soon as I visit home. I'm dreading coming back for 4 months in May!
 
You haven't slipped that much.
And by the time you go home in May, you'll have lost 30 more pounds so it won't even matter.
You're going to do this, Stacey.
You and I both are.
Be strong. Make the right choices. It'll be worth it when the numbers on the scale go down.
 
Hey Stacy, just a quick post to say keep on going!! Don't get downhearted because if you are doing the rights things long term and you stick at one weight for quite a few days...it usually means a whoooosh is just around the corner!

Don't get down! You're doing great! We all slip up! I think it's important that you know how being home can effect you! We all have situations that cause us to go back into our habits, but some (most) can't recognize it! I think it's great that you see that, and that way when you're home, you can make sure you change those habits back to the ones you want!

It'll be hard, but look at how hard you've wrok already, and how hard you continue to work!! You can do this!

Maybe when you're home you can bring your own food? Or set up a workout schedule before you get there! That way you know what you need to do, and can stick to it! :)

You have this! And we're here to help!
 
sounds like your eating really well stacey well done. corn flakes are my chosen wepon for mornin munchies aswell.
 
Hey folks, wellllll I have indeed put weight on over the weekend. A whole 2lb! That's going to take me a week to take off, and in that time i'm going back home again. Arrrrgh! I'm so miffed at myself. At this rate i'm never going to get out of the 160s! My Gran and I were planning on eating easter eggs next sunday when watching films but i've text her and told not to buy any.

I think I may have to sort out an eating plan for when I go up there so I don't get tempted to over my limit. It's my gran man.....she's one of those people who is always stocked up on chocolate and mars bars. Biscuits and crisps and all yummy treats. Makes my self control go straight out the window!

On the brightside, I can now get back into my exercise routine tonight because I have no deadlines for a while now. YAY! So i'll be cracking on with that to get rid of this blasted 2lb!

ANDDDDD I managed to slip up yet again! Bought a McDonalds today *bangs head against wall* seriously I need to STOP doing this. I really want to drop another dress size so I can buy some summery clothes. The weather is getting hotter and I can't be arsed with another self conscious summer. I need to stop this, I do. I do. I do. I don't think i'll be eating much more today though because i'm still full. I've had......

Large fries with McChicken Sandwich and strawberry milkshake.

I reckon all i'll eat the rest of the day will be snack a jacks. So i'm not too worried. Plus I will be doing exercise tonight. Grrrrrr!
