Oh really? Wow i'm going to have to keep my eyes open for one of them! Usually the ones I pick up have about 500-600 per half pizza. :eek:

Yeah, i mean thats here in Holland. Im from england but wouldnt have a clue what brands of pizzas are sold there atm. But i had a dr oetker pizza -50% fat and 633 calories. Some of the others were only about 700 aswell so ill have one sometimes :D

Good job on your 2 pound loss!!! Im down a pound today too :)
 
Day 37 Continued.

Well I haven't had the best diet today due to my lack of food....I am going to Asda in the morning though. Finally!

I've had......
2 pieces of toast with butter and a glass of milk
2 large snack a jacks (38 cals each)
1 cup of tea
A crisp sandwich, with another packet of crisps and a mars bar (oops!)

I know my diet has been crap today. But I had to make most of the vending machine and all it stocks is crisps and chocolate. Either that or starve.

I am going to do my exercise dvd tonight though, so hopefully that will burn off the mars bar.

I've overcome my addiction to pizza......now I just need to stop the chocolate from coming!

I need to lose 13lb in order to reach my first weight target (150lb) which is what I was this time last year. Then i'll notch up the exercise to make it a bit harder. I don't want my body getting used to the same thing. By 150lb my gym trousers should fit nice and comfortably by then so i'll be hitting the gym to vary things up a bit. I'm assuming it's going to be about 2 month until I reach that goal assuming I lose 2lb per week. Fingers crossed! :)

EDIT: And that's my exercise done for today. Wooo! I'm feeling quite happy and positive today! :)

Day 38

Today has been another successful day! :)

I've had......

A packet of snack a jacks
A packet of weight watchers biscuits (2 in a pack)
A banana
2 scrambled eggs with beans

I've just finished my exercise, absolutely shattered now. Going to have a nice relaxing shower and cook my tea. For tea i'm having a chicken breast fillet with broccoli and carrots.

Looking forward to putting my feet up and watching the soaps.

I think you're doing great! You're working SOOOO hard on having a healthy diet (and you're doing fantastic at it! We all have slip ups!!! :) ) and you're doing so great sticking to your exercising!!

Congrats on your 2lbs!! You're doing great girlie :)

Don't get down if you have some days where you cave in- we all do it! Indulging in the foods you like isn't wrong- we all deserve treats- it's just doing it in moderation...and I think you totally have that down!!

You're doing great chica!! I'm so proud- and you inspire me to stick with it!!

I would have given up long before now if I hadn't of found this site. Hopefully in 6 months time we'll both still be sat here but with better and healthier bodies. It's exciting I reckon! :)

Today i've had......

2 weetabix with semi skimmed milk
2 packets of snack a jacks
1 packet of weight watchers biscuits (2 a in a pack)
A banana
2 glasses of milk
1 chicken fillet with a few mouthfuls of broccoli and carrots (I need to learn how to do these nice!)

And my exercise has just been done So yay! Another successful day :hurray:

I have a slight confession to make though.....I kind of ruined it today.

I've eaten healthy all day, weetabix, snack a jacks, weight watchers the usual.

Then I had a movie night with my friends which I ended up buying burger and chips. Then 3 big bottles of alcohol. I don't even want to imagine how many calories i've had!

Ahh well life goes on. Back on the bandwagon tomorrow! :)
 
Day 41

Well today hasn't been great. I'm so hungover despite not drinking much. I am quite proud I didn't eat a load of junk food though which is what I normally do when i'm hungover.

I've had today......

A banana
2 cups of tea
2 packets of snack a jacks
1 packet of weight watchers biscuits (2 in a pack)
1 chicken fillet

Not sure if i'll be doing my exercise tonight or not. I should really crack on with my uni work. I don't know. We shall see! :)

Good on ya for doing the exercise when you're not feeling well! I find it so easy to just give up when I'm not feeling 100%!

I love your confidence in me but I don't deserve it.

My determination slipped.......a lot this weekend. I'm back at home at the weekend and all healthy eating has gone completely out of the window......

Friday

A banana
A large bag of quavers
Full chicken pizza with chips

.......and no exercise.

Saturday
2 Packets of snack a jacks
Jacket potato with beans
2 wraps (breaded chicken with lettuce)

.......and no exercise.

Sunday
1 packet of snack a jacks
1 packet of weight watchers biscuits
4 slices of toast absolutely covered with butter
Big sunday dinner
Absolutely tonnes of alcohol
Burger and chips

.......and no exercise.

So as you can see, i've failed badly. I'm dreading stepping on the scales when I get back to Manchester. I'm just hoping i've only put something like 3 pound on maximum. I'll be devestated if it's anymore than that.

I don't care WHAT you say, you deserve all the encouragement, support and congrats that we give you!

You've done such a good job so far! I mean, just look at what you've accomplished! A loss of 15lbs doesn't come easy- the fact that you've lost that much, prove that you're putting a lot of hard work into this!

We all have times when we slip up! It's ok to have those- you're human! And it's going to happen again - but what makes it different, and what makes you a stronger and more determined person, is that you went a weekend without exercising and not eating as healthy as you like, and then you came back on here...and you came back on here determined to get yourself back into your routine!! And that's hard!!!!

You're doing great! And the fact that you're back here, and back at your goal proves that you want this, that you're working hard, and that you're doing a great job! Most people would have given up if they slipped, but not you! You're rockin' it girl!!!

And you're going GREAT!!!!

I think i'll feel a lot better once I get back to Manchester and can weigh myself to see the damage. I'm heading back tomorrow, so wednesday morning it is. Argh!

Today has been ok ish.

2 packets of snack a jacks

2 wraps with breaded chicken strips inside (oops) I take no responsibility. My Gran didn't have much in the healthy option range. Ha!
Weight watchers chicken casserole (which was very yummy!)

Exercise wise. I've done a quater of my other workout dvd (too hard to carry on) I need to ease myself back into that one. It kills me. And then I done 60 varied sit ups. And that was my wack for the day.
 
girl - 60 sit ups...boooowash! That's awesome! You're working it girl! Ease back in, and slowly change your diet!

You're doing great! And if 60 sit ups is you on an off day, girl, you rock!!!
 
Day 46

Well after all that worrying and visions of me gaining like 6lb. I stepped on the scale this morning and found that i've put on 2lb, which isn't too disastrous! On the downside, I do now class as obese....again! Grrrr.

The good news though, is that i'm only .2 into the next lb, so i'm barely there which is great so those 2 lbs should come off quite easily.

Back on the bandwagon now i'm back at uni. Good start to the day today.....

And for lunch i'm currently waiting on my vegetables and portion of chicken to cook. Mmmm yummy!

EDIT: So much for yummy chicken. I ended up with a portion of vegetables and 2 packets of snack a jacks :rofl: what a combo!

2 scrambled eggs and baked beans.

Exercise dvd has been done. And 60 sit ups.

A successful day I reckon :)

And +2lbs is nothin' girlie! You'll work that off in no time!!! Withthe rate you're going, I imagine you'll see that gone VERY quickly!!! :)
 
Day 47

Hehe i'm sure they will :)

This is going to be self pity post. I feel like shit. To say it straight to the point. I have a banging headache, a cold sore (ish), a blocked nose which is making it hard to breath, a disgusting taste in my mouth regardless of how many times I brush my teeth. And to top it off, my cravings are going wild.

Last night I was dying to order a dominos, the full works. But I didn't.
This dinnertime I fancied some hobnobs. Not one or two, but the full packet.
And now here I am feeling like i'm dying and my stomach is saying fish and chips. I just can't be arsed to cook right now.

I feel my self control slipping :(

As well as being ill, I have a mountain of uni work building up. And the guilt setting in because I won't be able to do my exercise tonight (need to do work).

Finally, my last rant of the day. I'm losing weight, so why are my stretch marks becoming worse? They are so bad on my stomach, I could pass off as someone who has had kids! And don't even get me started on the ones on my arm. I know with fake tan they'll look better, but right now I feel like whinging.

I am fully aware how pathetic this post sounds. But I feel like pitying myself and sulking today. It's a bad day......and many of you will know where bad days often lead to......a big fat binge.

chin up stacey it cant be that bad cooking for yourself. i`ve bought loads of cook books since being on a diet which has made me always look forward to cooking, yeh somtimes i`ve had a takeway after a rough weekend but i`ve always got back on it the next day, theres always something new and exiting to cook.
