Day 23
I'm not in a great mood today. I've eaten healthy over the weekend and exercised, and yet i've put on weight!
......I weighed myself about 5 minutes ago and according to the scale i've put on 2lb which i'm pretty gutted about. Usually I weigh first thing of a morning on a tuesday, so I won't be recording the weight until tomorrow morning when I do it like usual. Something tells me the scales aren't going to be nice to me tomorrow, I don't mind staying the same, but putting weight on is an entirely different thing altogether. I weighed myself straight after tea and a nice cup of tea, whether or not that makes a difference I don't know.
Today i've had....
3 bags of snack a jacks
1 packet of weight watchers biscuits (2 in a pack)
5 slices of chicken with lettuce and cucumber and an actimel drink
1 bottle of orange juice
5 slices of chicken and a cup of tea
1 glass of milk
Okkkk maybe I did eat quite a bit more than what I thought. But still, 2lb!
I won't hold my breath for the scales to make me happy tomorrow.
I wasn't planning on exercising tonight because I have some uni work I need to catch up with, but considering what the horror i've just seen, I reckon I need to. (It is a big deal, i've gone from being in the 11stones to the 12's
