My journey to good health....and a hot bod ;)

I haven't really had anything meal like today, just didn't fancy it.

2 weetabix with semi skimmed milk
2 bananas
1 packet of weight watchers biscuits (2 in a pack)
1 actimel yogurt drink
3 mouthfuls of cod
1 cup of tea
2 packets of snack a jacks
1 packet of weight watchers crisps

Wow that looks like a lot doesn't it. But it's just snacks, thankfully which are low in calories.
 
Well Day 26 is drawing to a close and my exercise is finally done. I really couldn't be bothered to move my backside, but I said to myself "Stacey, no exercise tonight, no chinese tomorrow" and I thought that to myself over and over again until I moved.

Then when I started I was loving it. I still feel as though I have plenty of energy and don't feel as if i've worked out, which is a shame really. I like feeling the burn afterwards. But anyway it's all done now. So i'm gonna have a nice shower and settle back down to my reading for this new essay. How exciting! :p

Overall I feel like today has been a very good day. I feel good and happy....and excited for tomorrow. And happy because of how productive my uni work was today. Makes a bloody change I tell ya!
 
You should be so proud of yourself that you worked out today even though you didn't want too...heck! That takes SOOO much determination to do! Good work!!

And it's awesome that you're being so productive on your work!! *jealous* hehehe...I need to get my butt in gear!! What's your essay on!?

It sounds like you have a lovely weekend planned! Enjoy your chinese - you worked hard for it!

This weekend I leave for a ski trip with some friends! It should be fun! I'm super excited! Tomorrow I have bunch of chores to do and pack! yippee!

Ahhhh I'm so jealous you're going skiing! You're going to have so much fun. Is that in your own country or you flying out?

Ohhh what you studying? My essay is on the contemporary youth justice system within the England and Wales. Quite interesting actually. Makes a change!

Day 27

Today i've had......

2 weetabix with semi skimmed milk
1 packet of snack a jacks
4 chicken balls with egg fried rice and curry sauce
2 cans of coke
1 bottle of apple juice

No exercise today because i've been to uni and travelling home. Should be doing it tomorrow :)
 
Day 28

Today i've had.....

Bowl of coco pops.
Jacket potato with beans.
1 bag of snack a jacks
1 packet of weight watchers biscuits (2 in a pack)
Portion of egg fried rice and microwave chips. (Oops)
A cadbury twirl (been almost a month since I had chocolate. Oops!)
1 cup of tea with 10 sweetners.

No exercise because I fell asleep :( .......the day wasn't a complete disaster of course until tea time! Nevermiiiiind.
 
Day 29

Today i've had........

2 packets of snack a jacks
1 packet of weight watchers biscuits
1 banana
3 cups of tea (10-11 sweetners)
Sunday dinner - chicken, mashed potato, broccolli, 3 yorkie puds

No exercise again because was visiting family. But I am off back to university tomorrow so will be back to usual eating plan and exercise! :)

Kinda dreading weigh day. Fingers crossed i've only put on a pound or two if necessary.
 
Day 30

I feel i'm slipping from the bandwagon slowly. So hopefully today should set me back on the straight and narrow.

1 packet of snack a jacks
2 packets of weight watchers biscuits (2 in a pack)
Galaxy Caramel (Oops!)
1 cup of tea
1 glass of semi skimmed milk
1 actimel yogurt drink
Footlong subway - Chicken and lettuce (Oops, should have got the 6inch!)

Well I know i've had a lot today. Usually I wouldn't go to Subway but I travelled back from Newcastle at 6 this morning, so by the time lunch time rolled around I was starving and I have very little in......food shopping tomorrow.

Tomorrow is weigh day and i'm still debating whether or not to weigh myself or wait a week. I expect the scale to add a couple of pounds on after the crap i've eaten this weekend. On the bright side, I will be doing my exercise dvd tonight after 3 days off!
 
sounds like your doing brilliant stacey, eating healthy and working out is a big deal but a great life. you look great in your pictures too i bet its helped loseing 12 pounds which is nearlly a stone, i cant belive i`m fitting into small cloths after loseing 2 stone.

Day 31

Well the bad news is, I haven't lost any weight - which is fine, I didn't expect to after all the crap I ate over the weekend.

The good news is, I haven't put any weight on either :hurray:

I'm going to try my best to lose at least 2lb this week, so that I can officially claim that i've lost a stone.

Spring and Summer is coming around. It's hot and sunny in Manchester today and i'm thinking woah I need to drop a couple of dress sizes by the summer so I can look get some nice summery clothes. To be honest, I hate the summer, I find myself feeling so uncomfortable that I don't tend to go out, but I think that's more because of my weight than anything, I don't feel confident in summery clothes and showing some flesh so when I do tend to go out, I cover up and end up boiling. So this year i'm hoping to lose weight and maybe find the confidence to wear some skirts and vest tops. We shall see. I have about 5/6 months before the constant hot weather arrives! :)
 
Food eaten today......

Weetabix with semi skimmed milk
5 slices of chicken with cucumber and lettuce
2 packets of snack a jacks
1 banana
1 packet of weight watchers biscuits (2 in pack)
1 actimel drink
Bottle of orange juice
Bar of galaxy chocolate (Oops!)

No exercise today. Need to catch up with uni work....how delightful :p

I know what you mean about being uncomfortable in summer.
It's awful.. I wore jeans in America :O
Then gave up and wore shorts but I can't look at the photos :(
Great loss so far :D
 
Day 33

Quick update because i'm shattered.

Yesterday I ate healthy and done my exercise. Then let myself down by buying burger and chips for tea.....and haribo. I feel thoroughly ashamed and weak but i'm past that now.

Today i've eaten healthy. The usual weight watchers stuff and weetabix. Oh and exercise. :)
 
Day 34

Today has been a good day, i've eaten pretty healthy and seem to be seeing some results.

A pair of my gym workout joggers now fit me :hurray: these are my old ones which fitted me back in the day before I gained like 2 stone. So even though i've only lost 1, they are beginning to fit. They are a tiny bit tight, but i'm just happy I can get into them!

Today i've had.......
1 banana
2 packets of weight watchers biscuits (2 in a pack)
1 packet of snack a jacks
1 large snack a jack
A piece of cod with brocolli.

A successful day I reckon.

Note to self: I must learn how to spell brocolli :rofl:

Ohhhhh forgot to mention, my exercise workout has also been done today :) though my body was killing me, I think I left it a bit late to work out (8:00). I find it so much easier when done between 4 and 7:30.

It's now 11:25 and i'm guilty of late night eating. I feel like i've been hungry all day today, and as though i've not eaten much. So i've just had some toast (2 slices) though they were layered a tad bit much in butter.......and it wasn't even nice. *Sigh* toast at home is so much nicer. Haha!

Just a quick stop from me.......

Today i've had....
3 large snack a jacks (38 cals each)
A quaver sandwich
A packet of quavers
A few mouthfuls of milk
1 and half weetabix with semi skimmed milk
A cup of tea


I was really craving a chocolate bar but I thought no. That won't help you get any closer to that slim body you're dreaming of. So I bought quavers from the vending machine instead :p:

It was actually a month yesterday since I last had pizza :hurray: pizza is the one food which I thought i'd have difficulty giving up. It's my favourite, I usually have 1-3 pizzas per week takeway or cook myself (I always eat the full pizza). And here I am 4 weeks later not so much as touched a slice of it.

I'm not doing any exercise today because I've had to catch up on my laundry (takes me hours to get the laundry done, 4 trips....8 trips up the stairs though :p) and also on uni work. But i'll defo be doing it tomorrow.

Only 1 week until half term. A full week off. Yay!

I should mention my blonde moment today ..... though i'm not blonde haha. I got to the cash point and completely forgot my pin number. I felt like such a wally. I've had that same pin number for 3 years! Haha. I hope it comes back to me by monday because I need to do some food shopping.

You look like a really pretty girl and just think how great you'll feel by summer if you're not embarresed to wear shorts etc thats what im aiming for too! I had a pizza last week, i found out that some of them in the supermarket dont have that many calories really! So as a now and again thingie its not so bad, about 650 calories in some of them. Thats how much calories i use for dinner anyway.

Oh really? Wow i'm going to have to keep my eyes open for one of them! Usually the ones I pick up have about 500-600 per half pizza. :eek:
 
Day 36

So I stepped on the scales a little early this week. I usually do it on Tuesday but meh I wanted to see results!

And they did not fail me. Another 2lb gone :hurray: That makes my total weight loss so far exactly 1st. YAY! :party:

Ohhhh and I no longer qualify as obese :hurray:
