thank you guys! and i actually got complimented today on my weight loss :) i hadn't seen this lady in a while and she was like 'wow, you look like you lost 20lbs'...it just made my day =D

If I were braver, I would show more skin in my before/after shots, but I'm too self-conscious - even now :( I've just always had bad hangups about my body image.


Anyway, I think you're doing a really amazing job and your determination and focus are so inspiring! So wonderful!

Loch~Thank ya Miss! :) i haven't weighed myself in over 2 months so I have no idea, I am only focusing on how my clothes are fitting rather then the weight ;)

I know how that goes with the depressing days. It'll get better - just give it time and don't lose focus :)


Keeping up with your regimen will actually help lift depression as you'll feel a greater sense of accomplishment as your successes continue :)

It is very true. Like right now I am doing my College homework that I have been putting off and I feel great. I know that if I hop on that treadmill after 20min I will feel a sense of accomplishment...all it takes is that first step lol
 
STILL eating horribly and not exercising. Dang it!!!!!!!!!!! i'm disappoited in myself and rightfully so. back on track tomorrow no matter what! and that's a promise to myself
 
AJamie have you thought about making a diary in the diary section? It might help, there is a set of questions you can answer, and some of us are doing a 30 day challenge to stay on track.

At least you're not giving up, that's the worst thing you can do. Just keep trying :).
 
hey guys...been back on track last two days now...still haven't been working out so i have to start that tonight! i feel better not stuffing my face and making my stomach feel like i have a 9 month old baby in it lol
 
heyhey everyone!!! been doing OK with my eating, still not using the treadmill...no motivation to do it...maybe i was pushing myself too hard in the beginning when i was using it. Will use it tonight but won't push myself until i'm use to it again! I'm like that....when i push myself too hard i get sick of it, it's weird but maybe it's normal, idk??? Anyway, I'm doing Weight Watchers and controlling my calories, and not eating past 9pm. Need to get in more water for sure. Just wanted to give you a quick update :)
