Thanks Icychic. You're absolutely right. On most days, if I have a craving, I try to treat myself in moderation so that I don't binge like I did the other day. I have some fat free frozen yogurt in the freezer at the mo and it's super yummy so I have half a cup of that when my cravings start. I think Tuesday was just a really bad day. I've been sick for about 3 weeks now and the symptoms just won't go away. And tues, my hubster was out of town and I was missing him a lot so I just snapped. Lol!
GreenSurf, thank you. I'll have to try that garlic remedy. Although if I do, I doubt my hubby, or anyone for that matter, will come anywhere near me!! Haha!
I didn't weigh myself this morning but yesterday I weighed in at 154.9. Last night I hosted a dinner party for some friends (I have no idea how I got thru it being ill, but somehow it was a success) and we had a huge meal so I was afraid to weigh this morning! Haha!
