Yup I'm getting the ads to. I think I see them so much everywhere that I don't really see them anymore LOL.

Glad your back is a little better. Take it easy and ease back into it, you'll be back at the gym soon.
 
I normally use an ad-blocker and it sorts out a lot of such adverts...
My normal computer is broken so I am seeing the adverts too... I suspect that an ad-blocker would help (but I do not want to mess about too much with this computer).
 
Nim, you are right about the smell, when the wifey is on it, it's hard not to keep my distance.;) I'm sure she feels the same when I am eating it.
But a couple things that help rid the smell are milk and parsely.

Hope you get back to the gym soon!
 
Thanks everyone. I am feeling better today so maybe by tomorrow and the weekend I'll be killing it at the gym again!! Glad to see a drop this morning though. 154 lb. .2 lb to go to get to where I was before Ireland so I'm excited by that. I want to lose at least 9 more lb before my trip. Don't think I'll make it to the 130's cos of all that time I wasted but I hope to be at least mid 140's.
 
Bleh. 155.6 this morn. It's been a bad week. Heading to the gym as soon as I've finished catching up with everyone on here though. I will not settle for anything less than a 2 lb loss this week. I have less than a month before our trip and it's upsetting to think I won't reach any of my goals before we go. :( But I'm going to try my darnedest. Hope everyone had a good week and enjoys their weekend. X
 
I'm in the same boat as you, haven't hit a single goal I have set for myself. I also need to hit that 2lb/week mark and have yet to do so. Good luck to you! hope you have an awesome gym workout session and get more good ones in before your trip!
