Thanks for the messanges everyone, I'm just home from the baths and gym.
NTL: I'm sure now there is actually a small loophole in the "no live vertebrate prey" law. I think if it can be proved that the snake will not take frozen you can try them on live but have to work at getting them back on frozen, you need a note from a vet to do that too.
In any case I've seen the damage done to some snakes by mice and rats that were left in the cage unsupervised. Much safer with a defrosted one that I can wiggle about a bit heh (why am I talking about this in a food diary). The tarantulas get domestic house crickets.
Anyway I realised at the gym today that my exercise routine for the end of this week was maybe slightly heavy...
Wednesday: Gym & Swim
Thursday: Gym & 10mile cycle
Fridat: Gym, Swim & 10 mile cycle
Not that I think I couldn't do it but my mum was asking for a lift near to where I work tomorrow so I've just decided to take the car on the Thursday. Friday will be a good day of exercise and I think I'll have a day of rest on Saturday.
I am really pleased about the weight I've lost so far, I've decided that once I reach my halfway point I'm going to treat myself to having my hair shapoo'd, cut and highlights put in. When I get to my final goal I'm going to buy loads of new clothes (going to need them anyway).
I have also decided to help myself along a bit by taking off 2 pounds for every pound I loose. This 2 pound will be out my wallet though and will go to one of my favourite charities and I think that'll be the UK shark trust. So with 11 pounds lost so far that's £22 (about $38 I think) for the trust. All I need to do is look at a shark book when I've got the munchies and think about all the sharks I'd help out if I don't eat anything.
