I don't know if this is how Crunchie does it, but most exercise machines will give a caloric estimate while you're working out (that's usually off by some margin, so I use it as an underestimate), but non-standardized exercises are harder to calculate. Do a Google for "calories burned" and you should find lots of sites that give estimates on what you burn. There is a huge amount of variance by person, and also how you do the exercise (naturally if you put all your energy and soul into a work out and push yourself hard it'll burn more than someone just going through the motions), but at least you can get an "ish" numberPaper Moon said:I notice that you add calorie points to your excersize routines, then subtract it from your eaten calories.
