Wow Crunchie- you're doing great... If you keep this up you will have accomplished your goal in no time at all! That's a lot of swimming you're doing there too- I haven't been swimming laps in a long time and you're making me miss it. Keep up the good work teammate!!
 
hey crunchie - i saw in ntl 's diary that you shocked your body by decreasing calories to 1200 - what were you eating before, out of curiousity? it worked wonders for you. i know we are all different but love to hear others success stories!! great work. you'll be at your goal in no time!!!!

You are doing fantastic Crunchie!!!! But I don't think that your mind has caught up with your body yet :D Shouldn't the challenge weights be in the 140s not the 150s. ;)

Well done on the swimming .... 70 lengths! No wonder your thighs were sore (or was that the other exercise that you got that day :D )

Keep it up Crunchie, and say hey to that wonderful menagerie you have :)

Great job, Crunchie! You did 10% more exercise just because you didn't want to wait for the shower! Don't you feel good? You're making great progress toward your goal too, keep up the good work!

There we have my food and stuff from yesterday!

I made a slight miscalculation with the no of lbs I've lost this week so far though. I started the month long challenge on 146.5 so I thought it was the same for the group challenge. However I've just looked back and I actually started on 146 and as my pet 1/2 pound has came came I'm back at 145 today I've only lost 1lb for the challenge so far not 2. Of course there's always time to loose the other 1lb before Monday but I don't weigh in again until then.

Anyway am getting ready to cycle to work today and will catch up with the diaries in my lunch break maybe! Have a good day all!

Right today has been very bad due to 2 things...

the consumption of jelly babies while at cinema:eek:
the shameful number of fruit/veg portions:(

Everything was fine until I got to the cinema at night and my aunt went and bought me a packet of jelly babies so I had some during the film.

Anyway must look forward to tomorrow, I'll go to the gym at night and will be doing house work during the day!
 
Don't sweat the jelly babies, whatever the heck that is. You are right on track.

What did you end up naming your new babies?

Your total net calories are 1145! That's almost thin air's worth! Don't you even think of giving yourself the stick!

Jelly Babies are delicious things that are totally worth it. They can keep you occupied for several minutes as long as you chew :D

Did I miss a page of your diary, I don't know if you gave any recap on the "Old Friend" who was contacting you again? Anything new?
 
Not really M2M, I decided not to push it and neither did he so we're back to hardly talking. Typical eh...:rolleyes:

Another pound lighter on the scales today just hope I can keep it off this time!
