My dairy

I won't think it's water weight, it can be caused by the sodium.
My biggest thought now, and what I always see many who go on a diet is they think that by eating less, they will loose weight fast. The truth is your starving yourself.

Try spreading your meals a little more, say 4 or five meals, while consuming the same calories you have quoted and continue to exercise. Your metabolism will slowly start increasing, and you will start loosing weight.

Don't let your body go into starvation mode.

I'm either 189.5 or 190 today. The scale is weird. If I put it on a different direction on the ground it gives a different reading by +- 1 lb. The other scale did the same thing but what was weird was that this time when I put it in between the tiles instead of raising the weight, it lowered it by about 1 lb. Wii scale said 190 so I'll go with that.

For excerise today I hit the gym and did shoulders for an hour and a half, 30 minute's of high resistence (burned 300 calories) for 30 minutes, then a 6 mile roundtrip ride on a bicycle. I had my body fat percentage measured. It's currently at %17.00 body fat

I hate these stupid scales. I go on one scale that I normally use on a flat surface and it says I'm 191.5. Then I go on it again RIGHT AFTER and it says 189.0. That's a big difference. What the heck? Then I go on another scale that I got for christmas and it says 186.4. The Wii Scale Said yesterday I was 188.9. Ugh.

Anyway, I didn't go to the gym today either. My moped tire goo that we put in (it looks like the rim is leaking air) didn't work and now it's down to 5 PSi. I don't want to go home on my bike with low air pressure. Trying to get my meds straightened out too. Turns out my insurance company switched or something and now I have no medical insurance and have to pay full price instead of free. I called them up and they said I was "incorrect" and was not very helpful. I'm almost out of meds.

Anyway, I'm probably around 188-189 we'll just say that. Oh, for cardio today I walked the dogs briskly (as fast as I could walk) for about 40 minutes.

Breakfast:
I had leftover greek salad, with feta cheese, olives, salad greens and yellow rice.
I also put 2 1/2 servings of salmon on it, yummy!

Went to gym, did cardio for only about 14 minutes. But worked out back for an hour with weights.

Tried domino's new pizza. Hadn't had it for awhile. It was gross, greasy, and I don't even feel really good after eating it, unlike when I eat some real food. Gross.

I haven't updated in awhile, sorry guys. Was off track for awhile. Haven't been going to the gym very often, I actually gained a couple lbs. I was 189 last I weighed in. Will get back on track.
