Hey, Ya'll. Thanks for checking in. I did great on my goal over the weekend except for Sunday as it rained all day and I did not get my walk in. Other than that I did good. I've been so busy. I'm guzzling water now to catch up today. Work is nuts. I don't even know what time of day it is half the time.
I'm hoping to lose more than 1lb this week, but getting prepared for it never-the-less. A loss is a loss. As long as I don't go up every week I can stay motivated.
Has anyone ever read the book called "The 10 Commandments of Thin"? Someone suggested I read it. I don't really go for all that psycho babble stuff. I kind of have the "just get off your a$$ and don't eat so much" attitude when it comes to that stuff...although I know that long standing behaviors are very hard to break. Anyway...if anyone has read it and gotten anything out of it, let me know.
