Thanks Randy and Jenna for stopping by my diary. My migraines have only gotten this bad the last few days cause of the weather change we have experienced here and the fact that i have had no sodas for almost a week now when i used to drink 2 if not more a day. so going cold turkey is a killer.. lol

Anyways hopefully my body will adjust soon cause i am trying hard to stay away from sodas lots of empty calories there.
anyways food for today:
Breakfast: 6 slices of bacon, 2 hard boiled eggs and 1 vanilla yogurt
Snack: special k cereal bar
Lunch: 6 oz can of tuna drained mixed w/ 1 tablespoon mayo and 5 low sodium crackers
Dinner: 3 piece chicken selects from mcdonalds.
Desert: my major weakness and the one time i will give in this week: 2 scoops of ice cream from baskin robbins ( mint chocolate chip and reese's peanutbutter cup)
Total cals: 1955, fat: 106g, carbs: 136g, protein: 114g
exercise: major cleaning of the house which i forgot to keep track of time so i have no clue how many cals i burned doing that and then a 4.5 mile walk tonight with my mom and son
I have no car tomorrow as my mom's in the shop and she's taking mine so she can go to work so me and my son if we decide to go anywhere will be walking. lol

i gotta love walking with my son in his stroller cause he relaxes and falls asleep easier for me when its nap time.. haha well of to bed for me its 12:44am and 8 am comes early since i am trying to get up before him to get in some cardio before he wakes then when he's napping will do some weights and abs then my walking wherever we need to go tomorrow
