Hi MissP,
I just wanted to say that I'm a morning compulsive weigher as well (I have, but don't often, check my weight mid day or at night).
Like you, it holds me accountable. The differencce, is I don't sweat over the small variations though. It's going to happen. I read in diaries about people in the FSD club being nervous about getting on the scale, fearing they will lose their motivation if the numbers don't move, and I just couldn't live with that
You have the excercise down great
Based on your current weight, it looks like you could eat 1424 calories a day and still lose 2 pounds a week *NOT* counting all that excercise! That is teriffic!! So like Twinmom recommended, have you considered picking a number of calories and sticking to it for two weeks? It could really give you a boost
You CAN do this!!
