Thanks everyone for your sweet words!! Well, it's official, I lost crazy inches for the month of June, but not one pound, how weird is that? Well, it's time to change up something for the month of July, SOOOO, I've decided to change my eating a little. I eat pretty damn good, but I'm going to try new foods and eat more veggies and fruit. Yesterday I spent about an hour cutting up watermelon, cantaloupe and cucumbers, I brought two of those cucumbers to work with me today, I'm going to try and eat more salads when I get home from the gym, I need to jump start that scale again, OH and I decided to do the slim fast shakes for lunch this entire week and see if that works for me. OF course I'll continue on the water, water, water and my huge workouts, that will never change. I'm also going to try a new class at the gym called Group Kick boxing. I'm willing to do anything you know to lose weight, truthfully, I feel great, so I know what I have been doing has been working for me, I just need to change things up a little so my body doesn't get bored. HAHAHAHAHA

Breakfast, mini wheats, 1% milk- 300 calories
Coffee: 2 cups 75 Calories
morning snack: packet of rice cakes 90 calories
Lunch: slim fast shake: 190 Calories
afternoon snack: cucumbers: 75 calories
WATER, WATER, WATER hopefully at least 50 oz before I leave work
Dinner: HUGE Garden Salad, tomatoes, cucumbers, green bell pepper, onion, black beans. 2tbsp fat free Italian dressing (Kraft)
together about 500 calories
Total Calories for the day:1230, I'll try to have a cup of watermelon and cantaloupe too to add another 150 calories to bring it up at bit, as I'll probably burn at least 500-600 at the gym tonight;

Bike 7 miles burn 450 Calories
1 Hour Group Groove- 250 Calories
TOTAL BURNED: 700 calories!
