Well, I over did it again at the gym last night, I can't just go in for a groove class I have to burn more than that or I don't feel worthy. I went on the bike before groove and in 30 minutes I biked 8 miles, it said on the screen that I burned 500 calories, YEAH whatever, not sure how accurate that was, but I know I was soaked after the ride and it felt good. What I can't believe is that i was able to go into Groove for an hour and bust butt in there still and not stop. It was a great feeling. She introduced 3 new tracks (songs) and moves it was awesome, one is an old Swing dance and the other was a 70's Donna summers "Last Dance", YEAH!! I can't recall the 3rd track right now, oh well. It's a blast, they play 4 tracks (songs) first 30 minutes All FAST, FAST paced a lot of kicks and jumping and hip shaking. Then 4 more tracks for the last 30 minutes, in which the last track is a cool down. It's so much fun I almost wish they had it everyday!

I know it's this class that finally boosted my metabolism, I keep telling myself I need to lose another 30, But I'm getting this feeling after another 20 I might not want to go any further, since i've been working out at the gym faithfully for the past year, I think I've just built a lot of muscle and I'm going to be surprised that I'm not going to look good, getting down to 138-142, like I was hoping for. I'll just play it by ear, and when I think I look good for myself, I'll stop the losing and start the maintaining. I want to look healthy, not skinny. I just want to wear a cute pair of jeans and not have that little muffin top. HAHAHAHAHA

I can't wait, I wish another 3 weeks have gone by so I can see the results now. LOL LOL Damn I'm so inpatient. One of my major flaws, or BIG flaws I think. Talk to you later!!
