Alright alright, time for me to confess my sins. Ok, I started off the day yesterday healthy, had some wheaties and strawberries for breakfast, a subway 6 inch turkey sandwhich for lunch, a plum for a snack, then steak stir-fry for dinner. Well, later last night is when things went really downhill. I decided that I REALLY wantd some pastacio ice cream, so I started off just having it in moderation, feeling good, but then I realized that it tasted SO GOOD because I hadn;t had it in so long, that I wanted more! Then I rememberd that we also got some rocky road ice cream, so I just had a tiny scoop of that, but then THAT tasted so darn delicious, that I ended up saying to myself (screw the calories I want MORE!!). So, I had about 3 bowl fulls of ice cream, plus some peanut M&M's!! (those were just lieing around, calling my name). OMG, my binge was fun while it lasted, but now i feel really guilty about it. But I am getting back on the healthy road TODAY! My dad was pretty bad last night to, so were both going to go to our hotels cardio room and get a workout in (he's doing the treadmill, I'm doing the stair stepper). And I'm getting back on track as far as eating goes. I'm just going to try to forget about yesterday and move on from there, and vow NEVER to do that again

Breakfast: Dad made some fat free apple and cinnamon muffins, I had 1 of those and some strawberries and grapes with it, the muffins turned out REALLY GOOD!)
Lunch: Probably going to have some weight control maple and brown sugar oatmeal with an apple
Dinner: Dad and I went clam digging last night, so he's going to sautee some razor clams and some shrimp for a delicious seafood feast

. Not bad for you at all, except for the cholesterol, but hey this is nothing compared to what I ate yesterday
