Hey everyone!! Thanks for the comment OhappyDaye! Today was my first day of school, and I am really satisified with all of my classes, I really think this is going to be an enjoyable year for me. And plus I have P.E., so I'll be getting plenty of physical activity there as well, which is a plus
Breakfast: 50% less sugar Apples and Cinnamon Oatmeal, 2/3 cup 1% milk (ran out of soy) 2/3 cup of blueberries, 1 cup of coffee with sweet N'low
Lunch: 1 cup of Ministroni soup, 17 grapes
snack: 1 Balance Energy Bar
Dinner: mom and I went out to dinner, I had some grilled hallibut, half of my rice pilaf, all of my veggies, and a casear salad with no more than 1 tablespoon of dressing
