Hey Michelle just wanted to come check up on you. Hope all is well with you. I love your menu your so funny. Mac and cheese for breakfast. I have had times like that though you eat what you have. Hope you have a great day today sweetie.

Egg on English Muffin with a fat free cheese slice

Tomato soup

Dinner...
who knows going to a party so probably won't be eating, just snacking.

Thurs

Dinner - NONE, went to a party so had to come home from work, get ready, feed the kids, pack the kids stuff to stay at a friends, drive them there, no time to eat.

Then I had like 4 glasses of red wine at the party, what a friggin nightmare, on an empty stomach. New Years res. stop drinking.

Friday -
Breakfast
Tortilla with egg on it
Iced Tea
Water

Lunch -
Tomato Soup

Dinner - going to another party, this time it's a dinner party though so who knows what will be there, I'm taking a potato dish.

So again, no exercise.

PFFFFFFFT! I just want all these parties/dinners to be done with, i'm so frustrated today.
 
Hey girl, don't get too frustrated with the dinner parties etc. I am sure they'll end soon. The only other solution is when you do bring a dish, to bring a healthy one so you can at least know one thing thats safe to eat! ;)

The holidays and parties will all be over really shortly, so just hang in there. You are doing great!! :) Most people wouldn't even make an attempt this time of year, so at least you are trying!!

Yes I was feeling no pain, As long as i didn't take off my clothes I'm fine! Finally at 11:30 Mike leans over and says I think we should go... ya think???? Ah well, as long as I didn't act like a wad.

Alright I'm almost off work now and off to yet another party... AND... the hostess loves her wine, thank goodness it's not a work day tomorrow! LOL.

Ahh yes... red wine... that is why there is a song about it ya know. Once I get into that "numb" zone Im gone too... and an empty stomach..forget it..i wouldnt make it to 4. LOL
 
Yep party time is over... I got on the scale this morning and weighed 2 lbs more EEK! 128. Or maybe it's just way too much cheese and I'm all blocked up! I know... TMI. What a friggin nightmare. Today getting back on track. Tonight will try to drag mike to go on a jog with me, if not i'll be on the stationary bike. And no more eating crap!

1 piece of of whole wheat bread so 1/2 sandwich
w/ 1 piece of deli sliced ham,

1 slice of no fat cheese slice

snack -
10 baby carrots
water

Lunch-
tomato soup
water

Dinner -
A small piece of salmon

Lunch -
1/2 Pita w/ cucumber, tomato, sprouts, cheese, no fat mayo.
Water, water

Snack -
I was totally craving something sweet... so... I went to Mcdonalds and got a fruit & yogurt parfait 160 cals, and a diet coke 0 cals.

So far I'm at about 550 calories so far...

Dinner I will be having-
veggie burger - 90 cals
bun - 130
pickle - 0 cals
tomato - 4 cals
mustard - 4 cals
Water - 0
So for the day i'm at about 760 calories... I'll need to make it up somehow...

How’s your exercise going???? Hope you have got your butt up and out the door…it will make you hungry and then you will eat more than 760 cals come on girl hop to it lmao …looking good hun.
 
I agree with rosered you need to get some more exercize in if you can.
