Oh my goodness... now they've brought out the Christmas chocolates here at work. Everyone has had one but me, I'm so tempted right now!!!!
 
Don’t do it mate, grab some cherries for work there much better and they are more Christmassy lol. Hope your having a good one.

Michelle~ you can get through it babe... it's just temptation.. and for what? for 3 minutes of tasty pleasure and 100 minutes of trying to work it off? No Way hun! go for the cherries like Rosie said. lol ... anything but the chocolates...
And Burger may have not been the best choice but the rest of your day looked good. real good might I say.
I am so sorry your back went out. No one knows back pain like me... Just take care and DONT push your back to its limits. I dunno if you can try SLOWLY CAREFULLY doing stretches... We all should really do back stretches. I have to, but I think it would be good for us all..
I hope your feeling better hun!
 
Well... I've called in sick today. We are so slow right now at work, no ads, flyers anything to do.

Christina - you poor thing about your back I can't imagine having this pain everyday!

Exercise... not much back problems, did about 30 minutes of walking.

I've missed ya also! It's hard to keep up to all the diary's in here especially when I'm supposed to be workin! ;)

Yep, I made homemade lasagna, don't usually get to cook alot during the week as I don't get home from work til later so we usually make something relatively easy, so since I called in sick yesterday I made a home cooked meal. Mike was very happy about that!

Today

Breakfast -
Tomato soup (Campbells Creamy tomato soup at hand) I'm addicted to the stuff I swear!!!

Water
Iced Tea
Green Tea

Lunch -
Nothing yet


Dinner -
Greek Salad
 
I read you had smoked salmon... I have yet to try any salmon...
Hope your back is better hun... as for me, I do stretches EVERYDAY... weather its in the morning or b4 I go to bed... I have to do them if I want to have a good day. Thanks you Rosie! For pushing me to do them... I wasnt for a while and it really truely makes a diff!

I love Salmon, smoked, baked... it's one of my favourites! I don't eat red meat so I eat alot of fish and poultry.

Yea... I know! LOL, I had a choice of my tomato soup, or to go to the snack machine and get chips, so I opted for the healthier choice! Trust me my co-workers are used to some of my strange eating habits.

have you tried the healthy request campbells tomato soup? less sodium and NO MSG! it taste great, same as the regular tomato soup.
