No I haven't tried it! Thanks for the suggestion though, I will definetly check it out! I have tried the Chicken Noodle Healthy Request but didn't know that they made it in Tomato.

LOL... I know!

Not too many calories on sunday, took my kids to the bus station to go see there grandma for a week (back on Christmas Eve) so I was sad, I'm gonna miss my babies!

K monday...

Breakfast
Well... We all bring an appetizer one day this week, and yesterday was my day so I brought Spinach Dip, so I didn't want to eat breakfast as I knew i'd be snacking in the am

So... about 2tbsp of spinach dip with french bread
Water, water


Lunch -
Sushi
Water, green tea

Dinner -
Baked Salmon
Greek Salad
Diet Sprite

calories... I have no idea!!! LOL

exercise... only about 20 min of walking.
 
Ugh What a nightmare yesterday was...

Breakfast -

Appetizer day again -
2 TBSP 7 Layer dip
about 10 taco chips
Water, Green Tea

Lunch -
8 Water Crackers w/ salmon cream cheese on them
Water

K here's where it all goes downhill

Hair appt.
Yes... my hairdresser offered me a baileys and coffee so I accepted, then I had another one

Went home, Mike and friend were drinking a few beers, so I had 3
Then didn't have dinner so we made a big plate of NACHO'S

turning around with head bowed and tail between my legs...

I'm so ashamed. I had absolutely no self control yesterday!!!!!!!!!
 
I think everyone is allowed a cheat day. Well that's how I work it. So just get back on the wagon today girl! You'll be fine! :D

We all have our holiday screw ups. You are doing fine Honey. I try hard to stay away from Beer but when hubby is always drinking it sometimes its hard for me...LOL. Hope you have a great day today Honey.

I have to ask.. these appetizers.. are they meant to be a breakfast munchie? cause chicken wings?? I'm confused! :D (That doesn't take much though! hehe)
 
Well the appetizers are brought out at 10:30am... not sure why so early!! LOL, so I've been skipping breakfast and just having a bit of the appetizers... hmmmm wonder what will be there today.
 
You could still have a piece of fruit for breakfast, good for fiber.
Were are you spending Christmas day?

Rose - Yea I should eat more fruit too! So breakfast would be a good way to get it out of the way... I'm not a big fruit fan, but I do love grapefruit, oranges and strawberries! We will be opening gifts at our place - its also my daughter's birthday Christmas so it's extra special! We then head to my brothers and all bring a dish so my sis in law isn't bogged down with cooking, there will be about 15 people, i'm excited!

Hey Julie and New Leaf, Thanks for the well wishes, I Hope you both had great Christmas' too! My daughter had a blast on her birthday, completely chaotic though. LOL.

We had more appy's on Friday here at work, a bacon cheese dip, but i didn't eat alot, and cookies which I had none, and an artichoke dip, very yummy!

I am truly amazed I haven't gained anything back, but I tried to not go overboard during the 4 days I was off! Thurs, Fri and Sat we have plans to go out for parties/dinners so it's still not over!

I have to catch up to everyone's diaries today!

I'm so excited my new fridge is arriving today, thank goodness my mom will be at my place!
