4 Homemade French Fries

30 min stationary bike


Thurs - Breakfast
Tomato Soup
Rice Cake
Green Tea
Water

Lunch -
Tuna on Multigrain Bread
Water

Dinner -
I don't know yet!

A six pack? No way! I have never had a full 6 pack. Always 2 cans short. I am really going to start working on my core. I'm sure you can get it back girl, you are getting to be a small little thing. Keep up the great work! Have a good day.

Yep i used to have a full on six pack, those were the days... i'll get it back! :) I didn't get to do my sit ups last night, Mike was being a nagging dilrod last night so I got fed up and left the house for a while. LOL! I will definetly fit them in again tonight though! Thanks for the encouragement!

Lol I almost thought you had fish and chips for breakfast, but then I had a better look. All is good my end shell, im sticking with everything better now and I have been keeping myself busy. You are doing really well, a six pack ay that would be nice. I was lying in bed with hubby last night and he went to put his arm around me to give me a hug, all of a sudden he goes oh ribs lol. He sounded so shocked… things are changen

Nice to see ya Julie - I was LOL @ the tomato soup comment! Too funny, yes i love my tomato soup! I ran out though I have none today, what will I do! Yes it must be Friday the 13th... THE HORROR. LOL.

Well today... I have a cold so i've had nothing but Water and Medicine. Breakfast of champions.

Thank goodness Mike is off today, cause both my kids are home sick today. Poor little guys.

Lunch - I didn't bring anything! So, I will probably grab a salad from Wendy's!

Dinner - I don't know yet!

Exercise - depending on how i feel, and I have to go get my Dad a birthday present cause he's in Hawaii for 2 months so if I don't get it sent off it won't make it in time! Bad daughter!

Weekend, I was just trying to rest, kinda hard with the two kids, but mostly succeeded! Cold is almost better! YAY!

Food over the weekend wasn't bad, wasn't eating alot though.

Yesterday my brother and my niece came over for dinner, so I made Roast beef, yorkshire pudding, carrots, broccoli, corn gravy, mashed potatoes... I don't eat Roast beef but i did eat all of the other stuff! Bad! LOL
 
mmm sounds tasty. just wanted to say hi, and checking in on ya! man i hate colds too. they always have a way of sneaking up on ya when you need them the least.

I haven't been posting much, with my cold, plus we are renovating our kitchen, and with my major flyer at work I haven't had a lot of time!

Wed Food -

egg on an english muffin w/no fat cheese

Lunch -
Tomato soup
Green salad
Water

Dinner -
Chicken breast

No exercise... to busy with the kitchen, but I guess that's a form of exercise!
