Hello everyone,
On the advice of Scarlett I decided to start my own diary. I have been struggling with my weight since I have been 14 years old and I went from a size 14 to a size 8 now. My goal is a size 6. I got these cute pants capris actually from Old Navy I want to fit back into again. I have been up and down and yo yo dieting for years. I tried it all Slim Fast, Diet pills, Liquid diets, no exercise mind you I wanted to take the lazy way out of losing wieght. Only to discover there was no easy way out and I had to change my lifestyle. I stopped eating fried foods, became a vegetarian. ( I am no longer one) but I still cut back my red meat intake. I drank lots of water and walked. I also loaded up on the veggies and fruits and stopped snacking altogether. I did a total clean sweep of my old ways. I also stay away from pop and sugary drinks. I try to avoid the bad card killers like white rice and cake and pizza. I am also a recovering Anorexic who has changed her mindset into believing there is more to life than being thin. I used to skip meals, count calories and fats, you name it, I did it, heck I even bought a jogging suit that made me sweat constantley to loose weight. I am trying to loose 20lbs the right way so wish me luck all. HUGS
PS I walked over a mile and a half today too
