Food Intake For The Day

3 cups of coffee with nonfat creamer (yes I am addicted to caffiene)

1 Apple

1 Banana

1 Lowfat Yogurt

1 Lowfat Yogurt Smoothie

1 Bowl of Oatmeal

Dinner: Unknown atm

Thanks Gothika for the input as to why my weight was changing throughout the day. Right now my morning weight is 144lbs. Trucker may also have a point as to why my wieght is not dropping off, I tend to eat a big dinner which equals allot of calories so I may need to cut back my portion sizes. I also have to start exercising too, that is my biggest hurdle to jump over. I have a way to go but I know I can do it. Hugs :p
 
Here's little bit I read once about how to apportion your calories throughout the day for maximum benefits....

Breakfast - Eat like a Queen
Lunch - Eat like a Princess
Dinner - Eat like a Pauper

And yay for the ticker!!!! It looks GREAT!!!!! Have a super weekend.
 
Okay long story short my weight was at 189, its now done to 180lbs. The reason I gained the weight was because of my antidepressent medications, lack of inactivity, and poor eating habits. But that has all changed. I need to be on something better than Slimfast which is what I am doing now. I know that it's no good for me and I need to do something different. Any suggestions?

I would love to have you as a support buddy! I belong to woman's only gym and go Mon, Tues, Thurs. Fri. I go first thing in the morning so I can pretend I don't really have to go to work! I can't believe how many woman seem to just be able to work out all day!
Anyway - let me know how I can support you - checking in every day with each other, being accountable food wise, etc. Let me know!

I had a wonderful weekend, I worked out on my treadmill both Saturday and Sunday and I watched what I ate and I lost another pound!!! I am down to 177 now! Wish it was more but that will come in time. I feel so much better now that I started to exercise! :)
