Food Intake For The Day
3 cups of coffee with nonfat creamer (yes I am addicted to caffiene)
1 Apple
1 Banana
1 Lowfat Yogurt
1 Lowfat Yogurt Smoothie
1 Bowl of Oatmeal
Dinner: Unknown atm
Comment For The Day
Thanks Gothika for the input as to why my weight was changing throughout the day. Right now my morning weight is 144lbs. Trucker may also have a point as to why my wieght is not dropping off, I tend to eat a big dinner which equals allot of calories so I may need to cut back my portion sizes. I also have to start exercising too, that is my biggest hurdle to jump over. I have a way to go but I know I can do it. Hugs
