Mia, where is your protein for each day? I am not seeing any. that alone is enough to make you ill - not balancing what you are eating.

You need some meat!!!!!

BizeB and Scarlett are right. I need to get more protein in my diet. I will start today with some Teriyaki chicken for dinner with some good veggies, plus the smoothie I drink has 10 grams of protein. I am also going to start taking a multivitamin too that should help as well. :eek: I am feeling allot better today. I think I might have had that 24 hour virus that's hitting our area. I did eat more than I listed I was sooo hungry yesterday ontop of that I had a piece of chicken with pierogies yesterday for dinner ontop of the food I listed. My body was craving food and I fed it cuz I was ill and needed my strenght. It's nice to know so many people care about me and today is Tatoo day and I cannot wait. Awwwww, you ate chicken and veggies today...you make my heart proud!!! Now you just keep doing that little girl. That could be why your resistence got low and you got a little virus bug. Got to keep yourself strong.

I am very happy I am over being sick and I got my new tatoos! I sortof fell off the diet wagon this weekend but I am ready to get back on track. I am also getting my exercise DVD this weekend. Other than that, not much to report on my end. Until next time ...:eek:
 
Hey Mia Doll, sorry to hear your not feeling well. One can only wonder if you're over-dieting ?? Please don't tear yourself down with not eating enough. This is hard enough to go through without making yourself sick and it doesn't have to be this way.

Are your tats still wrapped in plastic yet ?? Looking forward to seeing some pics of them soon ;)

I have to buy batteries for my camera, the thing eats them alive. I will try to have pics of my tatoos soon. I have got to start exercising soon so I can start burning off the calories I consume a day. Well, that is pretty much it for me. Until next time ....:eek:

Overall I had a pretty good weekend. I got my haircut which made me feel better. I still have not got an exercise DVD yet, (Yes shame on me I know I gotta move to lose it). To answer Scarlett's question as to why I do not have a ticker is simply I do not know how to get one lol. :p and thanks for saying I am doing good, but I need to do better. Hey Miaterith~ Just like you, I am addicted to cofee.:p I can't function without it. I actually try quitting once. I did not drink coffee for about 4-6 months and I was able to loose weight. I started drinking coffee again 2 years ago when I went back to school. :eek: I read that caffeine slows down the weight loss. From my experience I can say it is true. I am trying to have more decaf instead, or half/half, but there are days that I must have some caffeine to get through the day.Today was one of those days.

Well, I was bad last night. I had two slices of pizza and some cinnamon sticks from Pizza Hut. My mom ordered out dinner so it was hard to refuse the offering of free food. On another hand my tattos are healing just fine so that is a plus. I have not been on the scale lately but I should check to see if I am losing weight. I can see results already in the mirror so that is a good thing. Until next time...:eek:

My scale I think is jacked up. I just purchased it about 2 weeks ago, it's a digital but I weight myself three times a day and each time it's a different weight??? What is up with that? Am I weighing myself wrong? Is my scale broke? If someone could tell me or help me out that would be great. Thank you.
 
Hey Mia~ It is normal for the weight to fluctuate at different times of the day. The morning weight is the most accurate. After you eat and have liquids you will weight more. I drink about 100 oz of water a day- so my weight goes up by 2 lbs in the evening and then I am back down in the morning.
 
Mia Dear, all the more you're eating I can't help wonder if your body is in serious lock-down mode. Those lil fat cells know when they're being shortchanged and they will fight back and store every lil molecule they can get their hands on.

I miss our chats, I love those talks we had. Hope to do it again soon.
