Thanksgiving's Creeping Up Quickly

Damn, I didn't even realize it, but Thanksigiving is already next week. WTF? This month is just flying by. I was walking through the grocery store thinking, "Why in the hell are all of these people purchasing cartloads of shit?" I saw one lady having 2 of her kids steer two separate carts, along with hers. 3 carts of shit??? Jesus... what's she planning to do? Hide her family in a fackin' cave for the next year?

Thanksgiving this year is going to suck for a number of reasons:

1. Sean works a 3-11pm shift.
2. I was offered to hang out with Sean's friend's family, but it'll probably make me feel shitty seeing people doing the "family thing." I won't have Sean to comfort me and it would look retarded if I started crying at dinner.
3. It's only the two of us and I'm so used to cooking/ baking for an army.
4. My next door neighbor is a crack-smoking redneck whore who needs to blow Santa for some teeth.


Okay, so number 4 doesn't have anything to do with Thanksgiving, but yah... she's a whore. If anything, I'm going to do a bit of Thanksgiving shopping this week. On the day, I'm going to keep to the ritual of waking up at 5am and start making stuffing, spanking/ violating my turkey, baking pumpkin and custard pies for the popo department, and chewing a whole lot of gum, so I don't go "tasting" every damn thing I make. HA! Anyone want to come over for a kick ass all you can eat Turkey Day? I bet you 10 bucks, my baking and cooking will make you drop your panties or boxers. Yes. I'm that fucking good. On to today's accomplishments:

Workout:

- 20 mins Arc Trainer (Hill Interval, Level=8)
- 60 mins Weight Training: Legs (Squats, Lunges, Dead Lifts, etc etc)
- 20 mins Turbo Jam
- 25 mins sparring with Sean

Meals:
Breakfast:
- whole wheat Lender's bagel with turkey breast and provolone cheese melted to per-fuckin'-fection (430 cal)

Snack:
- 1/2 c 1% cottage cheese with sliced medium banana and 1/2c Kashi Go Lean (260 cal)

Lunch:
- whole wheat pasta with 1 Jennie O Lean Turkey Sausage with homemade tomato basil sauce covered in 1/4c part skim mozarella cheese (500 cal)

Snack:
- 1/2 Lender's whole wheat bagel with 1 tb peanut butter and 1c 1% milk
(330 cal)

Snack:
- Dannon Light and Fit Yogurt (60 cal)

Dinner:
- Hawaiian Chicken Long Rice (chicken breast with bean thread noodles, chicken stock, sliced scallions with sliced ginger root for taste) Good stuff for a cold day.. yippy! (520 cal)

Total Calories: 2,105 cal (1930-2280)
Water: 11 cups
Notes: I didn't get much cardio in today, but hey.. I did get an "old lady nap" which was sweeeet! I haven't had one of those in ages. Sean's off the next two days, so I need to schedule my workouts really early so that we can hang out for the rest of the day. Wishing everyone a great evening.

Oh My Gosh, I Just Had A Brain Fart!

Hey, as I was reading down the post and how wonderfully you will have a whole kitchen full of AWESOME food, all cooked to perfection, but....... H is out for the night due to said job duties, Halloween hit me in the head like a ton of bricks. I mean, girlfriend you did all that over the top great shiat for those kids on your block for Halloween, maybe you can find some said chitlens in the hood who may not have a said family (food) at home on that day and invite said kids over for "Sheryl's Fun and Festivities" I know, I know I've totally dropped off the radar haven't I???

I can see it now, Sheryl, in apron opens door and 10 kids who look starving are staring at her with puppy dog eyes, dreaming of walking into that house with ONE Wiff of that aroma coming from her living room. Sheryl checks out each kid as to make sure they aren't packing, then invites them in for some holiday cheer (punch and appetizers) for all!! Sheryl quickly puts her foot down as to quote the LAWS of the house and it's DO's and DONT'S. Each child looking at her in AWWWWW, like what magnificent creature she is, I wish I had a mom JUST LIKE HER!!! Sheryl is taken back by all the love in the room and offers to send chitlens home with leftovers. AHHHHHHHHH THE END!!!
