I would rock camoflauge rain boots, Homer Simpson boxers, 2 bags of Sun Chips taped to my titties like pasties, a softball batting helmet while carrying a bag of potatoes in one hand and a rotisserie chicken in the other. Wow. I could start my career as a serious cat walk super model.

I miss walking in the hood. Adds a level of mystery and adventure. Now I just walk in the suburbs which is a bit boring. I only have to dodge bird poop, not bullets :)

Very good calorie day. Sometimes its good to have a few of those really low days in there for a nice little shocker to the good ole metabolism! To get you into your 160's and all! Yes girl, you are very close to the next decade.

Wasn't that scary with the crack head chasing you? I didn't know it was like that upstate. You be careful out there that early. You should carry some mace.

I'll tell you though... I was thinking to myself as I wrote down 1555 calories for yesterday and said, "Oh fuck this... a bitch needs to work out more when I do get to my goal weight, because I like to eat and this 1500 cals just won't cut it." hahaaa!

As for the crackhead... it almost made me shit myself. Luckily for me, I left "baggage" at home before going for a walk. Oh and don't you frett, mami.. I'm part Chinese and we're crazy. We carry all kinds of things... pepper spray, mace, nunchucks, sharpened bamboo sticks, etc And yes, I tuck them all in my cleavage. ;)

As for helping out others.. I see it this way... we're here for all the same reason and if I can be of help, well.... then cool. Whether it be talking about food/ fitness or just sending your girlfriends motivating videos of your retarded ass doing the Roger Rabbit to C&C Music Factory's "Going to Make You Sweat".... I'm down. ;) Also... I really enjoy this forum and even if I reach my goal weight, I'm going to stick around regardless. I know I'm new and everything :) but it sounds like you are doing great! Wow - 160's - that is AWESOME! I definetely like how you have everything written down/stored in memory. I so need to do that. You can analzye everything better for sure when it is documented (like amount of calories, exactly what you ate, etc). Keep up the amazing work!

Thanks for stopping by, Catie. For the most part, I document my food into a composition book. From there, I then log everything at Sparkpeople by using their calorie counter for both food and exercise. :) Enjoy yourself here at the forum.

Well that was annoying that I couldn't pop in anytime sooner! That glitch was cracking me up..the multiple posted post was at the end of every thread so it kept making me laugh. I dont think it was intentional spam.

But anyway, on to the IMPORTANT STUFF! LIKE YOU BEING IN YOUR 160's, after you ate and drank mind you. I'm so happy for you, this weight is just dropping off and all your hard work is paying off in spades.
 
Personally speaking, I believe visual cues are essential in my success in losing weight so far. From day one, I started off with writing short term as well as long term goals on a piece of paper. So far, I've accomplished a number of them (in a timely fashion) and it just makes me happy crossing out each goal one by one after completion. Last night, I drove to the store to pick up a poster board to write down this month's goals. I'm trying my damndest to to "Push Through The 160s." Seeing a huge ass poster board hanging on the wall with my goals really allows me to focus.

I spent a good hour today just sifting through my wedding photos. I took a few and added them to my 160s poster. ( I also keep a lot of my older pictures around for added motivation. ) Sean saw my poster and said, "Damn, baby... that's a huge difference, but you're just as pretty as the first day we met." Gotta love a man who loves you through the "thick and thin." (haha fackin puns) I think it's funny... you know how people see photos of themselves when they're larger and they'll talk shit about themselves such as, "OMG. I look like shit." or "I was such a pig".. etc.. etc. I'm not like that. I love myself too damn much. If anything, I'll look at my pic and say, "That's right... you sexy ass fat girl.. work that shit." I'm too much of a conceited twat to ever talk shit on myself. hahaaa Give me a month or so and I'll post my wedding pix and recent pix for fun.

Today's Accomplishments:

Workout:
- brisk walk (60 min)
- Ab Jam (20 mins)
- Arc Trainer (Hill Interval, Level 7- 20 mins)
- weight train: LEGS (45 min)

Meals:
Breakfast:
-Thomas whole grain bagel with 1tb peanut butter
- fresh medium peach and 1c1% milk (520 cal)

Postworkout Snack:
- Wellement's Protein Powder in 1c 1% milk (250 cal)

Lunch:
- turkey breast with lettuce, onions, tomatoes and mustard on 2 slices Arnold whole wheat bread
- small banana (410 cal)

Snack:
- Breyer's Light Yogurt with 1c Kashi Go Lean cereal (250 cal)

Dinner:
- apple and onion stuffed rosemary cornish hen with 1c brown rice
- 1c steamed garlic zucchini (525 cal)

Total Calories: 1,955 cal (1790-2140)
Notes: Making dinner was definitely youtube worthy. I was talking to Kimberly on yahoo (like usual) when I suddenly realized I didn't start dinner. (It was almost 6pm) I ended up blasting The Cure while dancing around my kitchen and forcing apples and onions into these little cornish hens. If I say so myself, it was pretty kinky "fingerbanging" cornish hens to "Friday I'm in Love." hahaaaa!

Hey There hot stuff!! I really love your "Own love for your body", regardless of size!!That's where it all starts anyways, so you are a head of the game in a big way. I think a poster with pics is a good way to keep positive and help you strive to succeed and improve what you already love about yourself. We ALL can use improvement, that's for sure and probably not just in BODY image either, I'll be the first to get in line on that one!! Your doing such a fantastic job, I know your proud of yourself. I'm planning to head up north a bit to see Elle (another girl here from the WLF.. that is if she isn't sick) at some goth club. I feel so behind lmao ..my bf computer at his place wouldn't let me post or do anything I wanted it to do ...just let me go on fitday.com and write one post in my journal .. I am not liking his puter, wondering why it won't let me ..hmm

but anyway ... I as well think I looked hot at 250 pounds and even Alex said so ..he used to tell me I was so hot! lol it was hillarious .. I loved it ..but I would just look at him and be like "umm what did you just say?" and he would say ... "Your hot!" but anyway .. I usually have an hourglass figure, so I had one at 250 ..my stomach was thinner so my boobs stuck out and my curves were good ...but I still needed to lose weight .. I have forty three pounds to go and I will be back at 250 and as hot as ever ..I trully believe that ..but I am not stopping at 250 .. :cool:

This weekend I need to head North to pick up a few of my items, including my wedding dress. As weird as this sounds, when standing on the scale, I understand I've lost weight. However, if I look in the mirror, I still see Sheryl- "The Chubby Sister." I believe I need to slip my wedding dress on and take a pic, then compare it with my wedding photos. Hmmm... yah, I'll do that this coming weekend. Anyways, on to today's accomplishments:

Workout:
- 60 min brisk walk around the hood
- 60 min muay thai kickboxing training
- 55 mins weight training: back, biceps, and shoulders (free weights and machines)

Meals:
Breakfast:
- 1/2c oatmeal with fresh sliced peaches
- 1c 1% milk (360 cal)

Snack:
- Thomas Whole Grain bagel with 2 tb peanut butter
- small banana (555 cal)

Lunch:
- 1c whole wheat pasta with 1 1/2c zucchini, 1/2c diced tomatoes and 1/2c black beans w/ 1/4c part skim mozarella cheese (430 cal)

Postworkout Snack:
- Wellement's Protein powder in 1c 1% milk (250 cal)

Snack:
- 1/2c 1% cottage cheese with sliced peach (115 cal)

Dinner:
- turkey breast with lettuce, tomatoes, onions, mustard on whole wheat bread (340 cal)

Total Calories: 2,055 cal (1790-2140)
Notes: I'm down to 168lbs today, so I'm really excited. THIS IS FOR THE LADIES, so if you have balls... turn away. HA! I read in a magazine that during your period, you are capable of burning 200-350 calories more (each day on your period) due to the process of menstruation, so I busted my ass off during The Arrival of The Red Dragon. In other words, as lazy as we might feel during TOM, use that extra caloric burn to your advantage. :D Just FYI for all my girls.
