It's only been since last week til today that I've been at 170, so I'm not freaking out or anything. :D I'm sure it's water retention. However, I'm going to be busting my ass off this week, because it's getting a little cooler on this end and I need to keep myself warm. hahaa! However, if I don't see a change in my weight by next Saturday I'm either adding more cardio or going to tweak my calories, so I'm not just eating and maintaining. Wow... I'm actually learning something this time around. hahaaa!

Lately I've been neglecting my diary, because well... I need a break.... and I was too busy fucking around with certain people. (You know who you bastards are.) hahaaa!

So I just got home from Walmart and I have to say, I'm impressed with the brainiacs that roam this part of NY. I personally dislike shopping at Walmart for a few reasons, but we just won't go there. Anyways, tonight I needed to purchase yogurt and a few other items, so I decided to go a bit later in the evening. (Not as many people roaming that damn place.) However, I forgot today was Friday so luckily for me, I ran into dipshits. I'm walking along with my little hand basket and suddenly a foam football goes flying and nearly hits me in the head. I turn and I see 4 guys running into the clothes laughing. Fuckers. I continue my shopping and suddenly one of the guys run into me, because he's trying to catch a ball being thrown. "Oops. Sorry." He runs away. Mother fucker. At this point, I'm looking for a clerk to report the idiots before someone gets hurt. No one is to be found. BAH!

I'm headed for the cashiers when I see one of the balls flying into the air, hitting an elderly woman directly in the face, knocking off her glasses. Mind you, she's in an electrical scooter. I run over to pick up her glasses and check up on her. I'm fuming. Out of nowhere this huge guy grabs both guys and literally slams them in the men's department, I grabbed one of the phones and called on the intercom, "Clean up in men's department. 2 Idiots throwing balls and hitting innocent people. The other 2 better run, because this guy is crazy." All 4 were tossed out. The poor woman's glasses were bent and my yogurt was warm. That big guy, however, he's my hero. :beating:

Accomplishment time:

Workout:
- 20 mins Arc Trainer (IT Level 7, resistance= 55, Incline= 8)
- 20 mins Turbo Jam
- 20 mins tahitian dancing
- 55 mins weight training (biceps, shoulders, back= machine, free weights, pushups)

Meals:
Breakfast:
- 2 slices whole wheat Arnold bread with 2 tb peanut butter and a sliced small banana
- 1c 1% milk (605 cal)

Postworkout Snack:
- Protein Shake (240 cal)

Lunch:
- turkey breast slices on 2 slices whole wheat Arnold bread with lettuce, tomato, onions and mustard
- Campbell's Healthy Request Low Sodium Chicken and Long grain rice soup
(590 cal)

Snack:
- 1 1/2 c fresh pineapple and sliced kiwi with 1/2c 1% cottage cheese and 1/2c Kashi Go Lean cereal (305 cal)

Dinner:
- Homemade Jamabalaya (chicken breast, Jennie O smoked lean turkey sausage, long grain rice, green bell peppers, onions and tomatoes) (415 cal)

Total Calories: 2,155 cal (1990-2340)
Notes: I need to start logging my shite here in my diary. I know... I know. Although I haven't logged it in, I assure you I've been keeping to eating well and getting exercise in. :) I have a month before my baby sister is here in NY. Then I have 2 months until I'm back in Hawaii for Christmas. Time to buckle down and getting my ass in gear. :D

Except for this one time when they were having a fashion show. Yeah you heard me , fashion show at Walmart! WooWoooo ! I only wish I had gotten there sooner and had a video camera handy. I coulda blew up youtube with that one! *L*

Don't get me started on Wal-fart!! I cannot stand them. I think the last time I went there was in 2004..lol I do have a funny wal-mart story, though. About 5yrs ago my H and I were there and looking for a baseball cap for him (we were on a long roadtrip and he lost his). We looked all over the store and couldn't find any. So we finally asked for help. The lady didn't know where tey were, so she had us follow her to another employee. When we got there, she said to the other lady, "These two ladies would like to know where the baseball caps are." I cracked up b/c my H's hair was pretty long at the time and i thought it was hilarious. He, however, was annoyed as hell, and said he should've "whipped it out on her." LMAO.:rotflmao::rotflmao:

Wow. I could start my career as a serious cat walk super model.

So here I am, bullshitting with Kimberly on yahoo, sipping some hot cocoa while enjoying the nice 40 degree temperature. Yippy! Now once it starts getting colder.... and the snow starts to fall... my mother fucking ass is GONE to Hawaii! HA! Suckers! jk On to today's accomplishments:

Workout:

- 60 min brisk walk
- 20 min Turbo Jam
- 25 min Arc Trainer (Level 7, Res= 55, Incl= 9)
No weight training today

Meals:
Breakfast:
-oatmeal with sliced peaches
- 1 egg omelette with green bell peppers and mushroom
- 1c 1% milk (400 cal)

Snack:
- Breyers Light Blueberry Yogurt with 1c Kashi Go Lean Cereal (250 cal)

Postworkout Snack:
- Wellement's Protein Powder in 1c 1% milk (240 cal)

Lunch:
- Thomas Whole Wheat bagel with 2 tb peanut butter and 1 tb sugar free jam
(470 cal)

Snack:
- Homemade Jamabalaya (Lean smoked turkey sausage, chicken breast, green bell peppers, tomatoes and long grain rice) (350 cal)

Dinner:
- whole wheat pasta with chicken breast and veggies (zucchini, bell peppers, black beans) (600 cal)

Snack:
- Swiss Miss No Sugar Added Hot Cocoa (25 cal)

Total Calories: 2,340 cal (1990-2340)
Notes: Damnitt... I almost went over my calories, but I forgot to log in that goddamn bagel. HA! Anyways.... it was a good day, but I'm really looking forward to starting things off on Monday so that my happy ass can say, "Woohoo.. Jeez... leave it to Steve to make you guys think I'm in the 160s. haha jk Actually, I'm on the verge of getting my ass off of 170 lbs, according to my scale. The freaking pointer is just barely molesting the 170 mark, so this week I'm planning to really get things rolling, so I can clear 170 completely. So yes... I'm still 170, but working to the 160s by the end of the week. Anyways... on to today's accomplishments:

Workout:
- 60 min brisk walk around the hood at 6am (40 degrees.. yah!)

Meals:
Breakfast:
- 1/2 c oatmeal with sliced peaches
- 2 kiwi and 1/2c pineapple with 1/2c 1% cottage cheese (360 cal)

Snack:
- Breyer's Light Yogurt with 1c Kashi Go Lean cereal
- pear (330 cal)

Lunch:
- whole wheat pasta with diced plum tomatoes and 1 Jennie O Lean turkey sausage with 1/4c part skim mozarella cheese (480 cal)

Dinner:
- 1 1/4c red beans and rice with chicken breast and green beans (385 cal)

Total Calories: 1,555 cal
Notes: I decided to lower my calories a wee bit today since I burned only 350 cals from my morning walk. Normally I burn ~700+ calories on my normal "ass busting days." I just wanted to modify it a bit, so I can create a deficit for the day. Don't frett, I'm not starving myself, because there's no way in hell my ass would allow it. Hoping everyone had a wonderful Sunday.
