Why is it that every time I log onto this site, I cringe and fear what I might find in my journal? LMAO! Yup we're having way too much fun on this forum. We'll all eventually have to meet up down the road: a WLF Hotties and Hunks Gone Wild get together. hahaaaa!
So it's getting late here and I just got home a little while ago. I'm planning to go for a brisk walk early in the morning, but we'll just have to play that by ear since the BBQ went a bit longer than expected. So anyways... on with today's accomplishments.
Workout:
- P90 Sculpt 1-2 (30 min)
- Turbo Jam (20 min)
- Turbo Jam Cardio Party Mix #2 (43 min)
Meals:
Breakfast:
- 1/2c oatmeal with strawberries
- bowl of strawberries, figs, and kiwi with 1/2c 1% cottage cheese (380 cal)
Snack:
- whole wheat bagel with 2 tbs peanut butter with 1c 1% milk
-1 slice cantaloupe (600 cal)
Lunch:
- Turkey breast with lettuce, red onions, tomatoes, black beans and salsa wrapped in a sundried tomato light flatout wrap (btw, these wraps are AWESOME.. Yummm... and have 9 g of dietary fiber at only 90 calories each)
-3 slices of cantaloupe (310 cal)
Snack:
- 2 slices of cantaloupe and 1 large fig (90 cal)
Dinner: (BBQ at friend's house)
- 1 serving tortilla chips with 2 tb guacamole
- hamburger sandwhich with mustard, lettuce, tomato and side of cucumbers
- 3 thin slices of watermelon
- a delicious homemade cupcake with frosting, because my fat ass deserved it... (690 cal)
Total Calories: 2,052 (1990-2340)

Notes: I didn't plan to go to this BBQ tonight and although some bastard brought half moon cookies to the party, I decided not to indulge. However, that cupcake was staring at me and screaming, "Don't frett, Sheryl... Chrissy (the cook/ baker/ my friend) is a neat freak... no crabs here.." I sat there and just enjoyed it with a content look on my face.
Oh Oh.. and another thing, they have a scale at their house and believe me, I hate using other people's scales. I asked her how accurate her scale was and she said "very" because her husband uses it for his marathon training. I hopped up and the scale said "180" exactly. Mind you, I weighed myself at 9pm after I ate dinner and had been drinking water all damn day. (13 cups of water today, because it was hot again.) I swear to freaking God... if I AM in the 170s, I'm going to cry. Reason being, while going to school, gaining weight was a complete blur. I remember being called "just too fat" by my doctor while standing on a scale that read 160 in 8th grade. The last time I was in high school (senior year), I was 198 lbs . So in other words, I have NEVER seen 170s on the scale before. Bah... maybe I'm overreacting. haha Oh well.. when the time comes, I'll let you all know. It's getting late here and I better head to bed. I promise to respond to everyone's posts tomorrow after working out. Sleep tight.... Night to my girls and my menz... lol
