ok so i am super pissed today and dont feel good at all. I weighed in this morning and was 227.6!!!! what the hell....just 2 days ago i was 225. So i am down a measly pound....not happy. My own fault....shuld have been at the gym every day this week. oh well dont feel much like writing and i have a ton of errands to run

have a good day(at least one of us is kicking ass)lol
