Hey all, just thought I'd throw some pictures up here of my weight loss.
Started at the beginning of March last year, 350lbs and miserable. Was at the point of eating fast food almost every night and each meal being 2800+ calories. After having the honest fear of not waking up the in the morning, I decided to start a program to lose weight, and here I am now at 190lbs now.
From here on out I am going to start upping the exercise and weights to hopefully tone and tighten up, as well as build more muscle.
First two pictures are of me around my heaviest, and the last two I took tonight. Nothing fancy, just cell phone pictures. Kind of wish I had more pictures of me when I was at 350, but I pretty much deleted them all because I didn't want to face the reality of what I had become.
