March 2010 - March 2011: 350lbs-190lbs. 160lbs down.

Do you have any loose skin?

I definitely do have some loose skin going on, mainly around my upper arms, stomach and upper thighs. I came into this knowing I would end up with at least some loose skin, considering I was big my whole life, so it's not a huge shock to me or anything.

Now I just have to keep going and hopefully get rid of as much of it as I can.

Thanks :)

I'm on the last week of my current diet now, and I'm a bit lost. Not sure if I should go with the P90x diet (since I'm still doing all the exercises), or if I should try out something else. Any suggestions?

Thanks :)

You trying to do a maintenance diet? i don't know too much about diets, especially in terms of the calories that men should have, etc. i use this site, fitday.com... its awesome for tracking what you eat, and you can save your "custom" foods in there, for stuff that you usually eat. it also can work out how many calories you should eat, based on goals, etc. the p90x one wouldn't hurt at all too... maybe give you some different ideas to incorporate into your own diets for after.

hows the p90x coming, by the way? lol what week you in now? still see results? :) i looovee this program.

I'll definitely have to check that site out, and I am still really loving P90x :) I kind of started over about half way through though. I was at about the midpoint of phase 2 when I went on vacation for about a week and a half, so when I came back I felt a little out of shape and not where I should of been at, so I started over from the beginning again. Not sure if that was a good idea, but we'll see, lol.

I'm still seeing results. Not so much in my body, but how I'm able to do more reps and push myself further in the workouts than I use to be able to do.

Just have to say you are a major inspiration to me! You seem so uncomfortable and unhappy in your before picture, and now you look so confident! I can imagine how great it must feel. Plus you are a hottie now, lol! ;)

You look really amazing, such a difference in your before and after shots. You motivate me to keep going and for that I thank you x

Huge difference man. Congrats on your weight loss, I just can't imagine how you must feel. I started insanity and in the three weeks Ive been on it I can already see and feel a difference. Even though on the weight scale it only shows about a six pound drop. I was getting frustrated till I read this thread.

You looked pretty much how I look now...accept I am 6'3 lol. Seeig your picture makes me want to leave work right now and work out non-stop! haha. I'ma keep your before and after pic on my desktop so anytime I want to eat fast food...I can look and say...that can be me in 2 years. Just by changing your life...you've began the change in many others, cheers to you.

Glad I can keep some people motivated to continue their weight loss journey! Thanks for all the comments. I've still been meaning to put up some new pictures, will be doing that as soon as I can.

It's crazy to keep looking back at older pictures of myself. I still dwell on them and wish I never let myself get to that point in the first place, but continuing to move ahead and look forward seems to be the best motivation. For now anyways :)

Wow.. that's insane!

I'm only recently starting to see my motivation come back.. did you ever lose yours? What made you decide to stick to it in the first place?

I think thats an issue alot of us have.

I'm so impressed! You look so good!

There have definitely been points where I lost my motivation, for a month or two not exactly sticking to the diet. Never really gained weight, but never really lost any either. I'm still sticking strong now to finish this up and get to where I want to be, can't ever give up :)

Honestly, the thing that made me stick with it the most is just not wanting to die young. I never wanted to be one of those people in my 30's or 40's having to take medication day and night just to stay alive due to being extremely overweight.
