Thanks man. As far as lose skin goes, there definitely is a little bit, but you can't really avoid that. Just trying to exercise a lot to hopefully pull it tighter and get the remaining fat out.

As far as girls, yeah, I'm definitely getting treated a lot differently. I'm already in a relationship, but I've had a few friends try to get me to hook up with them or go out with them. It's kind of funny though, they never gave me a chance before, so why should I give them one now? Maybe it's just past resentment, I don't know, lol.

Keep it going, you can totally get to your goal.

A truly inspiring accomplishment!

I know it's been said dozens of times before, but well done man. Just amazing :)

You kind of look like the actor Aaron Paul (from Breaking Bad) in those after shots :)

Been meaning to watch that show, so I'll have to look out for him :)

And as far as P90x goes, Plyometrics has been kicking my ass.

Congratulations on your incredible transformation, it's seeing threads like this which help to keep the rest of us on track and determined to try to do the same, so thanks very much for sharing what you've achieved.

Thank you, that definitely means a lot to me. Super motivating to see all of the other success stories on here as well. Now is the hardest part though, keeping it all off for good.

Not entirely sure yet, any advice? I started P90x today, chest & back and abs, and that definitely made me feel beyond out of shape. So tired now, I just want to go sit in the tub forever.

haha nice. i just finished my second round of p90x. you will notice a difference the more you do it. it defintiely kicks your ass, but well enough that the workouts become easier (but still excellent workouts). haha and when i did them, i actually started to see definition in my arms and shoulders. it was the most improvement in my body that i have ever noticed. definitely give it a try. let me know how it goes!! :)

my fave video is plyo... have you done it yet? lol

I've definitely noticed more definition in my arms and shoulders than anywhere else as well so far. I'm on my 5th week of it now, and it's still a ton of fun.

And yes, I love plyo. It destroys me, but I feel like out of all the exercises, that one works me out the most. Burns the most calories and is just intense the whole way through.

brilliant work there mate, amazing difference, threads like this are great for me to look at and keep me on track.

Hey man well done,

You look like a new person. Do you mind telling us what your Sizes were when you started and how they changed over the Journey.

Keep it up, your proof that it can be done and i no you have helped me realise that I to can do it. :patriot:

Thanks guys. Glad I can help motivate some people to stay on track and keep losing weight.

Before I started my diet I was wearing 3XL shits and size 48 pants, and currently I'm at M/L (depending on the brand) for shits and size 36 for pants, though I could probably drop down to a 34 now.

As far as weight goes I've just been hovering around 185lbs for the past two weeks or so, mainly because I'm transitioning off my diet and am going to start a more normal, higher calorie diet. Kind of scared to take it on my own from there, but I think I have enough motivation to keep it up.

Great work man - ive been there too, and for those that make it the end of their journey - i am so happy for.

Keep it up, and dont have to work through it again like i had to. Its all about lifestyle change - and the human body/mind adapts very well to any circumstance it is put in. Dont go back to old habits, you fall back into that old lifestyle and it consumes you again.

I was a size 48 pants too.

Quite remarkable. Just goes to show anything is possible with enough determination. 160 lbs is incredible....great job!

Do you have any loose skin?
