So I've decided that I need to start better planning my food. Because I'm getting bored and lately everything is starting to taste the same. I get so frustrated when trying to cook up something that will last the entire week, like chili, or a soup or a stew. I made turkey chili a while ago and it was SO good, but I just got overwhelmed when I couldn't figure out how many calories were in it. I want to try making a soup this weekend, because I want to eat more veggies, I want hot food, I have a slow cooker and I also have this really good organic vegetable broth. My sister called me at like 6 this morning and wants to play tennis tonight, so I have a few hours training for my new job, and then after we'll hit the courts. I have spinning in 1 hour, and man, my muscles are so sore from lifting yesterday. I hope I give it 100% this morning, I can always tell by how sweaty my shirt gets. lol sorry that's gross but it's true!
