Lucy's Fit Life (Contains large amounts of nut butter and coffee)

Hi Lucy!
Just popping in to say hi! You're looking beautiful as always :) I'm with you on the almond butter, that stuff is evilly addictive! I feel like a masochist simply bringing it into the house! But I just make my own now, and just a little every day so I don't go.... nuts. Hope things are well and you update soon!

Just passing by said id post in lovely Lucys diary:)

That storm sounded horrific!! Scary stuff hun:) well done on being l good:)

Loads of love xxxx

Ahhh so I'm back after being gone a couple of weeks... I accidentally ate something with gluten in it and was ill for a few days. Weighed in a couple days later on my regular weigh in and despite having a calorie deficit for the week, I gained 4KGS!!!! Literally overnight!!!!! And I thought it was just fluid but here I am, almost 3 weeks later and haven't lost even 100gs of it. I'm still exercising but just knowing that the extra weight is there (and so suddenly) has majorly put me off my game food-wise, for some reason it makes me all girly and upset and eat MORE instead of well, wanting to eat less to get rid of it. Damn my lady brain.

So here I am, got my game face on, planning on getting it right. And actually getting there this time. I figure it's going to take me a bit longer and I have to REALLY watch food contamination or I'm going to get nowhere. Going to weigh in again on Wed (that's my weigh in day). It'll be 11 weeks till we move from this Wed, would love to be back down to 64kgs by then!!

Well look who is back!! yay!!! :)
Sorry to hear about you being poorly & the gain - I can symphatyze. I had a small amount of avocado (accidentally) and I was in pain for the rest of the day... boooo @ food allergies!
I hope to see more of you around here!!

Thanks everyone!!

Doing well today, got up and listed a few more bits n pieces on EBay (selling stuff off, mainly clothes at the moment so we won't have much to take when we move). Actually did pretty well on there last week so went and splurged with the money I made and ordered a bodymedia fit with display, hoping it'll come some time this week! I've got a crustless quiche in the oven right now, as soon as it's done I'm going for a swim.

Food for today

B- Breakfast pudding ice-cream- 30g flax, 1 serve vanilla protein, 2 tbsp PB, 1 tbsp natvia, frozen into cubes overnight then I obliterate it in my Vitamix in the morning and eat it as soft serve.
S- Homemade cinnamon roll
L- Crustless quiche and 1/2 avocado
S- 2 hard boiled eggs
D- Cheesy pasta- 1 pack slim pasta, leftover chicken, broccoli, with a cheese sauce made from almond milk and 50g cheddar

Exercise- 30mins swimming

Total calories: 1605 Total deficit: 1035
Deficit average for the month so far (goal is 500): 165 (haven't had the greatest week food-wise!)

i knew it - every time I come here you got me drooling! :drool5:

& you giving me ideas for ebay...I ll check out what we can sell! (We are moving in June too)

Today was a total write off, arrghghgh. Felt ill for most of it and for some reason it makes me want to eat more, rather than putting me off. Pretty sure it's from a new supplement I've started taking to help with my IBS, think I might need to drop to half a dose until my body gets used to it. Oh, and I was up till midnight last night and was woken by my mum ringing me at 5:30am- I asked to borrow money yesterday to pay our power bill till husband gets paid next week (we get smashed up here- $2000 for 2 months of power. Oh, but we had a $2000 power bill just a month before because the company checking the meters changed over and apparently the bill before was an estimate... Blah blah, anyway...) SO yea, mum yesterday said they couldn't help, but this morning she rings me at 5:30 just as my dad is leaving for work because he's said he can lend us some, so had to give details right then before he left. So I'm super tired which wouldn't have helped much.

Weigh in today was exactly the same as last week, not surprised though as it wasn't very good calorie wise. Eh.

I'll check back in tomorrow when I'm in a better mood! Lol!!

Hey sweetie - hope you can get a better sleep & feel better soon! hugs
& yay for the challenge!!! woohooo!

With all of her boxing prowess, I'd just as soon steer clear of Lucy when she's in a bad mood. :D

Hope the sleep and money issues improve for you.

Hey Lucy

I was also gone for a bit but I am back now!!!!! The stress you are dealing with now could also be the reason your body is holding on to the weight i find it hard to loose when stressed! Good job with the work out!!!

Thanks everyone, just some days feels like I go so far backwards... and then because I already feel like I'm failing I decide to make it worse!?? I dunno, seriously. Today the challenge I joined is starting and I decided what the hell, I'll set myself a huge goal to fight towards and I don't know if I'll even get anywhere near it... but all good, just thought it might make me try harder! It's a 14 week challenge so I went almost 1% loss per week (lol) so put down 60kgs by the end of June. I need to eat a 724cal deficit every day to get there which may prove challenging but I'm up for it!

Food plan for today

B- Leftover cheesecake cake (promise it's healthy!)
S- 2 hard boiled eggs
L- Slim pasta with chicken breast in a homemade sauce made from eggplant, capsicum, tomato, cream cheese and almond milk
S- Homemade crackers with 1/2 avocado
D- Homemade burger on a h/made roll with cream cheese, mustard and salad

Exercise- Starting my 5 day split again today! Day 1= legs day!

Total calories: 1668 Total deficit: 873
Deficit average for the challenge: 873
