Stayed out till a little after 10pm last night, SO glad I didn't eat out as dinner service was SO slow. We left right after dessert, so people had only just finished eating then. Pretty bad for a 7:30pm dinner reservation!! Was good catching up with people though.

Food plan for tomorrow

B- Choc flax pudding (same as above), decaf coffee with 1 tbsp double cream
S- 2 hard boiled eggs
L- Crustless quiche and 1/2 avoado
S- 30g cheddar and 30g olives
D- Leftover roast beef and broccoli

Exercise- Day 2 of my 5 day split- back and bis and 10mins HIIT boxing

Total calories: 1565 Total deficit: 925
Deficit average for the month: 959

Ate a bit extra than planned yesterday but all good, still going to have an awesome deficit average this week if I keep it up!! Didn't go over maintenance which is the main thing I'm trying to avoid at the moment so I'm still happy!!

The cyclone is turning a bit and looks to hit a town a couple of hours away but we will still get some storms, so that's a bit of a relief! Will probably go on yellow alert tomorrow which is when the town closes down. Husband has been having crazy days at work with people stocking up for the storm, poor guy! At least he'll get time off when the cyclone comes close.

Wade and I had a heap of energy last night and went for a swim at like 7pm- decided we should before the storms come and make it look like a swamp lol. Was such a nice night!

Food for tomorrow

B- Overnight flax pudding
S- 2 hard boiled eggs
L- Crustless quiche and 1/2 avocado
S- Homemade choc protein bar
D- 1 sausage and broccoli

Exercise- Day 3 of my 5 day split- chest and tris!

Total calories: 1505 Total deficit: 949 (could increase calories depending on how much I burn in my workout. I always underestimate it)
Deficit average for the month: 744

Those night swims are the best. The pool just feel sooo much bigger and better. Hope those storms don't get to bad for you guys.

Evening swim sounds lush!! I haven't done it for over 10 years...swimming pool at home rocks!

BTW - i do eat before 7pm too :)

Officially on yellow alert from TC Rusty now so the town is shutting down, expecting everything to be closed for several days as this storm is MASSIVE and expected to turn toward us again. There's another cyclone that might approach the coast here next week too!!! So we'll be taking a bit of a beating... Here's the storm at the moment- View attachment 20015 I live in Port Hedland so we may flood and get a little bit flat lol. Eee! It shows it hitting us as a category 4 but has the potential to be a 5.

Food hasn't been the greatest but a huge improvement on the last couple of weeks, went over cals by a couple hundred yesterday and today.... but there's 3 days of the week left for me to be perfect! Should be pretty easy as we won't be able to buy any food and are likely to be locked inside for 3+ days (it's illegal to step outside during a red alert) with Wade and Ash to keep me distracted. Hopefully we won't be crouched in the bathroom and doubly hoping we will have water and power... Also hoping there won't be a storm surge, don't know how we'd go if the town floods as the area we live in is reclaimed salt lake. Hrrm.

S- Homemade protein bar, decaf coffee with 1tbsp double cream
L- Homemade almond meal roll with cheese, 1/2 avocado and tomato
S- 2 hard boiled eggs
D- 1 sausage and broccoli

Exercise- 10mins HIIT boxing, day 4 of my 5 day split- shoulders

Total calories: 1513 Total deficit: 992
Deficit average for the month: 248
 
Just posting quickly. We are going to be directly hit with a cat 4-5, already experiencing cat 3 winds and the storm is still a couple days away. Going to be a severe storm surge tonight so we had to evacuate to higher ground and lock our cats in the bathroom with food and water, so worried about them! Our house is 10m elevation and the storm surge could be 10m plus, at the moment just hoping we will have a house to go back to. Staying with one of my husbands work colleagues, about 5 mins around the corner. Looking to not be able to go home till mid fri, that's only if Thera no flooding. So going to be a while before I post again...
 
Hey guys, doing ok at the moment but the worst is yet to come. Storm is shifting further east so we will miss the worst of it but still following updates!

I've been really good food wise, did my physio exercises yesterday before bed and did a workout this morn. So will end this week on a pretty good deficit! Boring food though, seriously wishing we had stayed home. Got meat and stuff in the fridge I was planning to cook which won't be good anymore when we get home, also still feel bad for our cats. Oh well, at least the chance of us flooding is much reduced. Might get another cyclone next week though, crazy!

Hey guys, got the all clear about an hour ago and are now home. Cats are ok, all terrified and hiding but fine. They had ants all through their food poor things. Bit of flooding here and there but nothing major, we missed the really bad winds from the storm (we got lucky!!) Don't think we will leave next time!

D- Chicken breast, broccoli

Ending the week on a deficit of 3178 so really should have lost weight, I feel like I've gained!?? Really REALLY bloated and feel jiggly all over, could be extra fluid. TOM is due so that won't help! Anyhoo, going to sleep now. Will post tomorrow.

You calories look good - You feel like you have gained - bc TOM is coming to get you! It's defo extra fluid - don't worry about it!
 
I'm extremely happy to hear you guys are safe and your cats are in good condition. Also considering I just had a load of trouble tyyping the word 'condition' I think you can safely count this as a 'drunk posting.' So congratulations on that. :D

Anyhow, if it wasn't for the miracle of spellcheck, this post would look a whole bunch worse than it does. Though, ironically, the word 'spellcheck' shows as a misspelled word. Anyhow, again, happy you are sfae (I'll leave this one just to give you a feel of where I'm at). Take care.

L- Homemade tuna mornay (with slim pasta)

D- More tuna mornay

Exercise- 30mins strength training, maybe boxing

Total calories: 1704 Total deficit: 822
Deficit average for the month: 385 (want to get this up over 500 by the end of this week!)
 
I plan to be amazing this week!!! I think it's fibre giving me problems, I actually don't have a great deal of it but whenever I get anywhere near the recommended amount my body goes spaz. Going to cut out nut flours for a fortnight and see if it helps get rid of this fluid, it's doing my head in. Also as soon as the cream runs out I'm going to start making almond milk again, it's frustrating using 150cals a day on coffee when I could use that for food... and still have coffee with next to no cals. Going to miss the cream though! Probably a good thing I'll be getting rid of it, it can be a bit of a trigger food for me (as well as cream cheese which I didn't buy this week!). Lets see how we go! I got a big tub of peanut butter this week though, for some reason I am ok with PB, it's almond butter and others that seem to make me want to eat them all. Now life is back to normal I really need to get back on to making recipes for my site!! Made an awesome tuna mornay with slim pasta yesterday, might make it again and post it. Was GOOD! Already did a workout today, 340cals in 40mins which I was happy with.

B- Peanut butter breakfast pudding (experiment)
S- 2 hard boiled eggs
L- Leftover tuna mornay
S- Sausage
D- Beef curry of some description with riced cauliflower (Wade is picking the curry, I'm cookin it!)

Total calories: 1611 Total deficit: 854
