Nice, MrVee! To me what's even better than looking better is the enhanced athletic ability after losing weight, feeling the benefit of the workouts and activity. +1 on Quercus' comment -- that is an intense pace/duration!
 
That Mellow Yellow shirt is getting pretty loose. You look great buddy! An hour 20 @ 146 is intense!
I think I'm not far away from enough Coke points for a new shirt. I think I want a green one this time (which means Sprite, I guess). Suppose it's time to get an 'L' instead of an 'XL'.
 
I've maxxed out this week on the Coke points and need 4 more codes. So I'll have to wait until Monday to order the Sprite (green) or Mr. Pibb (dark purble) shirt. Right now I have Coke (red), Mello Yello (yellow), Fanta (orange) and Barq's Root Beer (gray). All are XLs though.
 
206 this morning, a new low.

What passes for cold weather here in Phoenix is arriving in the next day or so. Highs in the fifties and a forecast high of only 49 on Sunday. Lows right around freezing. This will likely be the coldest week of the Winter. According to the weather site Christmas Eve is on average the coldest day of the year in Phoenix and it tends to start getting warmer after that.

May take today off of working out to give my legs some recovery time.

I look forward to the time when I don't get so winded doing physical activities.

Thanks hollybelle. Ultimately the harder to get winded is both a good and a tiny bit bad thing, as I now don't burn nearly as many calories doing the same activities at the same intensity. But I guess that's sort of the point.

206 again this morning.

Saw Jonathan Richman play a show last night and he was outstanding and his usual charming self.

Time to go eat breakfast.

Hectic couple of days. 207 this morning. Model says 206 so everything is more or less still on track.

Today is a day off from exercise which is sorely needed with an emphasis on the word 'sore.'

Going to do a lot of housecleaning today
 
205 this morning. That's a new low, and I've now lost 170 pounds. I'm 17.5 pounds away from being half the man I used to be.

Going to do an early workout today as I'm visiting my parents later tonight.
 
205.5 this morning. However I did measure my waist and it's dropped half an inch in the last couple of weeks.

Oddly it seems as though waist size does the same thing that weight does: it stays the same for a while and then suddenly drops half an inch. Anyhow if this isn't just a blip, I'll stop by the store and grab a new pair of cheap jeans (size 36) before I leave town for x-mas.
